I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this accommodation service. Despite having paid in full for my reservation (2x two bedroom sea view units), upon arrival, I was informed that they had double-booked and, as a result, my accommodation was canceled without any prior communication. Then stated that I must have cancelled the booking on the same day that I paid in full and received confirmation of payment. Very odd! This lack of transparency and disregard for customer convenience left 2 families travelling together stranded without any alternative arrangements. The complete absence of communication and the subsequent inconvenience were not only frustrating but also reflect poorly on the reliability of this service. They claimed I had cancelled, yet kept the full cost of moneys paid until we arrived on the day and then said they would sort out a refund! I did not receive a cancelled email or any communication stating they had cancelled my fully paid for accommodation. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering this accommodation provider, as my experience was far from satisfactory.
