The hotel is clean and tidy. It is very close to Disneyland. It can help to store luggage. All toiletries are very exquisite. DHC has a great brand history.

There were obvious stains on the towels in the room. The hotel is close to Disney sea. But there are no supporting facilities nearby, and it takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the convenience store. However, we found a booking transaction on *******.com and found that the price difference compared with other platforms was more than HK$500. When we complained to your customer service department, we learned that the price difference was due to local payment tickets being able to refund the difference. However, we are very unhappy with this explanation. According to our calculations, the price difference should not reach this amount, even taking into account exchange rate conversions. This left us very angry and confused. As a loyal Trip.com customer, we expect a fair and transparent transaction. However, this experience makes us question your pricing policy. In our opinion, prices should not vary so much based on payment method. We hope you will investigate this matter and provide a reasonable explanation. We expect to receive appropriate compensation to make up for this unfair treatment. In addition, we also hope that you can review the price policy to ensure that future transactions are more transparent and fair.

The room is great, the service staff is very friendly, and the ride is convenient

It was nice to be able to get a foot massage in the room after getting tired from Disney. It was also nice that it was within walking distance from the rear sea.

It's about a 15-minute walk from Maihama Station and a 10-minute walk from Disney Sea. There is also a Lawson within a 5 minute walk. I stayed there on a heavy snowy day, and the front desk was very kind and lent me towels. I was able to rent a machine to dry my shoes in my room at the front desk, so I was able to dry my snow-soaked shoes and have a comfortable next day. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to Maihama Station, Disneyland, and DisneySea, but it is faster to walk to DisneySea. The breakfast buffet didn't have many options, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely like to stay here again when I have plans to go to Disney.

The transportation is relatively convenient. From Narita, you can take the bus to the Disney Embassador Hotel. After getting off, you can walk for 10 minutes. If the time is right, you can also wait for the nine o'clock bus at 9 o'clock, 9:30, and 10 o'clock at the Maihama Auto Show C3 location at the entrance of Disneyland. Next to the station is a place similar to Disney Town where you can eat and shop first. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Sea, so there's no need to take the hotel bus. There are many buses to Land every day and it's very convenient. It is recommended to bring breakfast, it is on the first floor and the things are relatively simple. But there was no place to have breakfast around. Going to Disney for breakfast is a bit of a waste of time. If the hotel window faces the road, you can see the fireworks in Land. But anyway, you can play in the park and watch it, so it’s not strictly necessary. There is a leg and foot massage machine in the room, which is very practical.
