The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo bay ★★★★
"The hotel is great! While it's a bit of a distance from DisneySea, the shuttle service is very convenient if you avoid peak hours. If you take a taxi, it's ¥900 to Sea and ¥1300 to Land, which is still acceptable. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. Each floor has a replenishment cabinet with an ice machine and water dispenser, which is super convenient. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor where we got most of our meals during our 4-night stay. The only minor drawback is the lack of nearby restaurants and other shops, and the hotel only offers breakfast, no dinner options. However, the service is excellent, and the rooms are large and quiet. There's a laundry room on the second floor with about a dozen washing machines, so you usually don't have to wait too long outside of peak times, which is very handy. We stayed at the beginning of September and noticed most of the guests were Japanese, suggesting it's a highly-rated hotel for value in the area. I'd definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to friends."

"The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but they offer a free shuttle service to both the subway and Disney, running until 10 PM. The drop-off point at Disney isn't too far from the park entrance. There's also a large park right next to the hotel, perfect for a stroll. A small convenience store is located downstairs in the neighboring hotel. You can walk to a shopping mall and a large supermarket in about 15 minutes from the hotel. If you're driving, parking is 1800 yen per night in an outdoor lot. The room size is decent, and the bed is very comfortable, though the pillow wasn't quite to my liking. It was clean, and the Wi-Fi was stable."

"Highly recommend! This was probably the most spacious room I stayed in during my trip to Japan. The location is super convenient; you can just walk through a connected pathway from the subway station straight to the hotel. There's a Lawson convenience store right around the corner, perfect for breakfast. The hotel itself is quite new, with rooms around 40 square meters, directly facing AEON, and the large windows offer a pleasant view. There's also a shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland, which takes about 20 minutes. The staff were all very nice. There weren't any USB outlets in the room, so I borrowed an adapter from the front desk, and they were all very helpful."

"This hotel near Disneyland, despite many reviews mentioning its age (opened in 1988), actually offered a really great experience. The room was spacious, perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage. The bathroom was also larger than typical Japanese hotel bathrooms, with both a shower and a tub, and DHC toiletries provided. Downstairs, there's a shuttle bus to the JR station and the Disney Resort Line across the street. For dining, you can take a shuttle bus to the mall next to the JR station. Aside from not being able to see the fireworks from the hotel, everything else was excellent. The Japanese staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!"
