"This is a typical Japanese hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite, and some could speak a little English. You can store your luggage before and after check-in. The room was a bit old, and felt cramped for four people. The kitchen and electronic appliances in the room were quite dated, and I felt the laundry facilities weren't very clean. However, the bedding, towels, and pajamas were all spotless. The bathroom and shower were also reasonably clean. You can't hang clothes to dry on the balcony, so washed clothes had to be hung in the closet. The kitchen only had a pot and an electric kettle. The front desk provided various toiletries, as well as coffee and tea. The biggest advantage is the convenient transportation; it's very easy to take the subway to Tokyo's tourist attractions and the airport, and there's a convenient bus to Disneyland. There's a convenience store right downstairs, which was great for buying food. The cakes from the store across the street, 'Cai Lanzi,' were delicious and very affordable. There's also a pharmacy, supermarket, and mall nearby, making shopping very convenient. However, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant downstairs."
"Firstly, it's my mistake for booking a smoking room but when I asked the next morning if I could change rooms, they said they were fully booked. Even though, Trip showed you could book non-smoking rooms at that moment. But I don't want to argue. Instead, the staff recommended the deodorizing spray which helped, alongside blasting the AC. Aside from that, I think the man I talked to was nice & trying his best.
Forgetting about the smell, in this room for me, walls are just dirty. The tub looked used. The furniture looked old. They have all the amenities, including PJs, either in the room or by the front desk.
Location is good, right by the station & a nice area to scroll but nothing exciting in close vicinity in terms of shopping or attractions."
"A four-bed room, which is quite a rare find! For Japan, the room size was surprisingly decent. We could just about fit three 20-inch suitcases, though we had to open them when needed and then close them immediately. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was especially convenient. It was super handy for visiting Disneyland. The convenience store on the ground floor sorted out our breakfasts for three or four days."
"Facilities: The bathroom setup was excellent with a separate shower and toilet. The room itself was also quite spacious.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping provided a basic clean daily, and the room felt generally tidy.
Service: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Even with just basic English, communication was not an issue.
There's a complimentary shuttle bus service to Maihama Station. From Maihama, Disneyland is within walking distance, but reaching DisneySea requires a monorail transfer, which costs 600 JPY per person for a round trip.
The Disney store located downstairs closes at 9 PM. The hotel's convenience store was also quite expensive and had a limited selection of goods. A better option is the Lawson convenience store located downstairs at the nearby Hilton hotel, which offers more reasonable prices."
"Small bed, fairly small room.
Has a small bath.
About 20 minute walk to the metro station.
The free shuttle bus to Disney doesn't leave until 9am, but there is a public bus close by"
"The room was excellent, very clean and quite spacious. The hotel staff were very attentive and even upgraded our room for free, accommodating my two daughters and me.
The location is convenient, with a free shuttle bus to the subway.
Within a 10-minute walk, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants near the hotel.
Tokyo Bay is just a 5-minute walk away.
The outdoor scenery is beautiful.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay."
"Our first stop in Tokyo! We took a direct bus from the airport right to the hotel entrance. Check-in was very quick, and the front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. They asked if we were Hilton members, reminded us about breakfast times, and offered to help bring our luggage to the room. We stayed two nights and visited both Land and Sea – taking the monorail back and forth every day was absolutely delightful. When we checked out, getting to our next hotel in Shinjuku was a bit complicated for transfers, so we booked an 'airportor' service to deliver our luggage. We left our suitcases at the hotel front desk at 9 AM, and by that afternoon, while we were still shopping at Skytree, our bags had already arrived at the next hotel."
"The room was clean and tidy, with new and spacious facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my child and I were very satisfied. The hotel's environment is excellent; there's a park just across the road, and it's close to Tokyo Bay with nice views. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle service to and from Disney, making it convenient to visit both Disney parks. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is handy for shopping. Additionally, getting to Narita Airport is very convenient. You can take a direct shuttle bus from the adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel, which is super convenient. Next time I visit Tokyo Disney, the Comfort Hotel Tokyo Bay will definitely be my first choice."
"Brilliant stay here. Took longer than expected to extend my stay, think the front desk employee needed more support to understand my request.
Breakfast included, tried 3 different restaurants across my stay. The more popular ones are more popular for a reason: they have more choice but beware of longer queue times, especially if you want to get into the parks for opening.
View of the parks was great, you can see so much and the monorail goes past too!
Super location for the parks, down the hill and across the road and you’re at the monorail. Dont bother waiting for the shuttle bus up to the hotel from the station unless you have luggage, mobility issues or do not walk to walk a single step further (you will wait more time on the bus than it will take you to walk)."
"The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy, with a somewhat American-style interior. Despite opening in '88, the hotel doesn't feel old at all. The complimentary toiletries in the room were extensive and high-quality, even including a face mask and hair ties. The water pressure for the shower was excellent; the bathtub filled up in just one minute. There's a small drugstore downstairs, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly—it truly lives up to its Disney-certified hotel status. It's a two-to-three-minute walk to Bayside Station, and there's also a direct Disney bus to Maihama Station."

Outstanding
GGuest UserI was very satisfied with the hospitality that was too much! I was able to take a bath according to the time to go home, keep the heating on, and besides, I was able to spoil the color 々. I feel like I was allowed to stay at my relative's house. I wanted to see the landlord again and go to stay.
■ access
Taxi is convenient from D. Bus is also available from Shin Urayasu Station. It is also close to the bus stop.
■ Amenities
Most of them are left. Since it is a rinse-in shampoo, we recommend that you bring it with you if you are particular about it. There is no baby shampoo.
You can also use a washing machine and bathroom dryer for an additional fee. There is a clothesline near the air conditioner in the room, so if you just dry something a little wet, even the air conditioner ◎.
The refrigerator also has paid drinks (tea, beer). It is a conscientious price.
■ segment difference
There is a staircase in front of the entrance and the width is narrow, so wheelchairs may be difficult. The entrance porch was wide and two strollers were placed.
■ buy い things
Convenience stores are also within walking distance, but we recommend buying and returning. I asked for delivery because it was late at night.
I want the landlord to be fine forever. I will use it again.

AAranSoulThe price is good for the price. Although it is a little off the beaten track, there is a shuttle bus between the subway station and the hotel every half an hour. The service is quite good. The downside is that there is only breakfast (but it is more suitable for me). I just ate instant noodles when I came back on the first night (when traveling alone, just eat whatever you want, hh)
