Mmyqx04The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity.

SStephanieshiI highly recommend this room!! There are several convenience stores nearby, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing late-night snacks every day after returning from Disney. There's also a large pharmacy and a McDonald's right next door. It's only about a 30-minute ride to Disney.

CChaojiduolaAmengThe hotel offers at least 4 free shuttle buses, but they only go from the hotel to the JR station, not back. It would be much better if they had a round-trip shuttle that also went to Disney via the JR line. The hotel breakfast is a set meal with several options. There's also a free beverage bar with drinks and coffee starting at 2 PM. The shuttle to Disney during peak morning hours can get quite crowded; I'm not sure if they add extra buses if one fills up.
