"[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient. [Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too. Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!"

"A four-bed room, which is quite a rare find! For Japan, the room size was surprisingly decent. We could just about fit three 20-inch suitcases, though we had to open them when needed and then close them immediately. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was especially convenient. It was super handy for visiting Disneyland. The convenience store on the ground floor sorted out our breakfasts for three or four days."

"Great location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away."

"Many people have already reviewed this hotel, noting its spacious rooms and very close proximity to the station, along with a shuttle service to Disneyland. Now, let me share some drawbacks that weren't frequently mentioned in earlier reviews: 1. The hotel is quite old, with a somewhat Showa-era style. While it's a Japanese hotel, I was surprised by the lack of many facilities. Having stayed in numerous Japanese hotels, I've come to expect ice machines, microwaves, and laundromats in Japanese-managed properties – these were completely missing here. (I had initially deliberated between this hotel and the Hilton, but chose Brighton thinking the Hilton, being internationally managed, wouldn't have these facilities, only to find Brighton didn't either.) 2. There's no bottled water in the room, let alone the 'free mini-bar' mentioned in some reviews. It's even hard to get drinking water here; you have to go to a water dispenser by the elevator. Although they provide a kettle for refilling, honestly, I wasn't too keen on using it. Aside from these points, the nearby commercial area is quite convenient, with delicious and affordable gyutan (beef tongue) rice, a supermarket, 100-yen shops, and some Japanese clothing stores. If the hotel were to add the facilities mentioned above, the stay experience would be significantly improved."

"This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home. Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven. The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us. Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room. Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view. This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖"

"I really have to commend this hotel! I arrived by bus from Narita Airport and accidentally left my Pocket 3 on the bus. I called the airport's service hotline, but the person with the Indian accent said they couldn't help and advised me to email lost and found. Later, I thought I'd try explaining the situation to the hotel's front desk. To my surprise, they helped me find it the next day and even arranged for me to pick it up, saving me from a huge loss. I stayed for two days and tried both the Western and Japanese breakfasts. For the American breakfast, you need to get up at 6 AM to get a number and there's usually a short queue. The Japanese breakfast, on the other hand, doesn't require queuing if you go after 7 AM, which is quite convenient. The hotel has a convenience store and a Disney store. There's also a Lawson at the adjacent hotel, less than a five-minute walk away. The subway station is just around the corner. I highly recommend this place!"

"The sea-view room offers excellent value for money. On my first morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see Mount Fuji from the balcony, and the ocean view on clear days is also stunning. For breakfast, there are several options; if you're not in a hurry, the Asuka restaurant is well worth it – it's refined and delicious. The hotel isn't far from the airport, and the limousine bus stops at various hotels. The shuttle bus to the subway station is also very convenient."

"This was the biggest room I've stayed in Tokyo, and it was also convenient for getting to Disney with their shuttle service. However, getting to and from the city center was a bit of a hassle because it's quite far from the subway station. Also, over two days, I asked several different front desk staff multiple times how to get to Haneda Airport. They all just gave me the shuttle schedule and told me to go to the opposite Hyatt hotel to catch the bus. But not a single person told me I needed to book tickets in advance! When I arrived at the pick-up point on the day, I was told ticket sales had already closed. Even though there were visible empty seats on the shuttle, they wouldn't let me board! I had to take a taxi to the airport to catch my flight, which ended up costing me 680 RMB. I'm really quite unhappy about this point!"

"I stayed in the economy single room. There was no built-in table, and instead there was a second bed where the table probably used to be. However, the second bed had a cover over it, so it was used as a large sofa rather than a bed. There was a folded-up folding table, but if I wanted to use it, I had to place it in the hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet, which got in the way so I ended up not using it. However, the large sofa (second bed) could be used to store luggage, so it shouldn't be a problem if I wasn't using a laptop or anything like that. A simple breakfast was also included. Although it was simple, it was better than my usual breakfast. Overall, it was more than worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to be in the area."

"Pros: Directly opposite the Disney Bayside Line, it's just a few minutes' walk, or you can wait for the hotel shuttle. The rooms are spacious, and the toiletries are abundant. Breakfast is worth trying, with a good selection of fruits and dishes with a distinct Japanese flavor. Cons: No self-service laundry facilities! It's a bit inconvenient not to be able to wash clothes after a long day at Disney. Additional notes: 1. Right next to the special line station platform is an entrance to DisneySea, but it's exclusively for guests of the Toy Story Hotel and Fantasy Springs Hotel. 2. When entering DisneySea, the Frozen area is quite a distance from the main entrance. If you've purchased Disney Premier Access, make sure to plan your time accordingly. 3. For dining, I recommend the shopping mall at Maihama Station. There's a tonkatsu restaurant called 'Wakou' there that offers great value for money. There's also a supermarket downstairs where you can buy bento boxes and daily necessities."
