It's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)

However, you can get to Maihama Station via the hotel's shuttle. If it does not overlap with Disneyland's opening hours, there are plenty of seats. The room size itself is relatively small compared to other Japanese hotels. The room is spacious and cleaned every day. The ochazuke served from 9:30 p.m. is especially good. I would like to use it again next time.

I used it with my 5 month old baby!
First of all, the room was foldable, so I was able to let my baby play, which was great.
The room was spacious enough for 3 people and I personally liked the bright wood grain a**osphere!
Is there space to put a stroller outside the room?
At breakfast time, most families bring small children.
As a parent, it was helpful to know that I didn't have to worry too much about my child's crying.
I added breakfast.
There wasn't much on the menu, so I thought I might stay overnight the next time I visit.
However, overall it was a hotel that I'm glad I chose!
