Good price, near to Disneyland. Provide shuttle bus every 10 mins to and from Disdneyland. Ideal for those visiting Disdneyland. The hotel lobby is on 2nd floor. It has a lounge that provides free bear, drinks and snacks from 11am to 11pm. Guest are to collect toiletries from a room nearby to reception, there are plenty of toiletries items, guests can select what they need. There is a Lawson on hotel 2nd floor. The hotel is connected to train station and a shopping mall with a number of eateries.

The hotel service is good, caring and meticulous. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was spacious. It's not far from Shin-Urayasu subway station, and people who walk fast can walk there in five to ten minutes with light shoes. From the subway station, there is Jusco. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel agents that Ctrip cooperates with are too sloppy. They release the highest-priced room first, and finally lower the priced room. It is recommended to bring your luggage to the hotel when you settle in, and take a taxi from Shin-Urayasu Station, 500 yen is not expensive. Because there are only a few buses in the morning, it is difficult to find a place to wait. And at that time, the car was full of people going to Disney, and it was not worthwhile to follow the car around to get back to the hotel for an hour. The waiting place is near the bus platform exiting the station. You can take the free morning bus to Shin Urayasu Station, and the nearby bus stop is the bus waiting area. Get on the bus to the airport first and then buy the ticket, with cash. But if you can't catch the free bus to the hotel in the morning, or the flight time is not suitable for leaving in the morning, it is said that it is difficult to get a car by yourself. It is easy to go here, but difficult to come out. 3 If you just arrived at the store on the first day, you did not catch the return bus. You can walk to Shin Urayasu Station by yourself, and take a one-stop ride to Wubing Station for 170 yen. If you go to Disney Ocean after you come out, you have to take the Disney line and you can buy a one-day or two-day ticket. For Disney, it seems to be a short walk from the subway exit. But I bought a two-day pass and sat there. 4 Come back and wait for the south exit, there are two C's. One is C on the bus, one is C on the hotel tour bus, and one is C3 on the hotel tour bus. Don't get in the wrong car and go to other hotels and you will be in trouble.

The room is quite large in Tokyo, clean and tidy. There is a large balcony outside the two large French doors. It is very pleasant to watch the scenery, especially the night view. The only disadvantage of being close to the sea is that the humidity is high and the quilt is damp. The bathroom is also large and comfortable, but there seems to be no exhaust. All in all, a good experience 👍

We loved how spacious the room was unlike most “small business hotels” we booked with our budget. We could open two of our huge luggages with spaces to walk around the room! We had the view of the Tokyo Bay, laundry machines and vending machines are also available in the hotel. Most importantly the shuttle bus services to the Disney parks!!! I am spoilt, I don’t think I can stay in a hotel without a shuttle service anymore 😂.

I stayed in this hotel not because I wanted to drink. Most of them mainly go to Disney. The location is not very good, but the supporting facilities are helpful. 1. There is a shuttle bus that goes directly to the 2 parks and the frequency is calculated. 2. The hotel has convenient access. Shop, after playing Disney, you can enjoy wild food when you return to the hotel. There is a large bathing room and free comics. It is a hotel worth trying.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

A nice hotel near the bus stop to Disney. Bus ride is 150 yen each person each way. The hotel is older but decent. Our room had a microwave and cooking area but you have to ask for the stove knob. Male staff member at the front desk had very good English and explained how to use the bus system to Disney along with a map. You need to tell the bus driver what your stop is so they can charge you accordingly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

Room was great with a good view only the room cleanliness needs to be improved upon — generally the staff are friendly and would go the extra mile for guest Have already written a note for housekeeping on ways to improve.. upon check in bedsheet had a stain and on it , no other feedback — amenities are good and very family friendly which is what is expected of a resort

It was very easy because it was almost directly connected to the station. There are no restaurants and restaurants around, but there is a convenience store in the hotel. I'm glad that the shower room and toilet are different, but I was troubled that there was no place to put a bath towel in the shower room. Free breakfast was available from two restaurants. I chose Chinese food, but honestly, I was disappointed with the taste of ”free, so I can't help it”. Check-in and check-out are almost self-service. My room was not at all concerned about the sound of the train. I booked the day in a hurry, so I didn't have time to search a lot. I chose it at a price close to the station, but these two are clear hotels.
