The staff are courteous, the hotel's hot springs are comfortable, the spring water is special, it really has skin beautifying properties, the skin is smooth, but the dinner is just average.
I walked outside the hotel at three o'clock on a Saturday afternoon. There were no tourists. Most of the shops were closed. Unlike other hot spring places such as Yufu, which has a small shopping street, I had to go back to the hotel and enjoy it.

酒店服務不差，唯餐飲可能為嬉野當地特色風味，並不是每個地區顧客都有足夠品味欣賞當中風味，特別是溫泉水嬉野菜湯肥豚沙布鍋，同一塊肉中的肉質軟硬差異較大，唯其他菜類食品味道不差（如果不咸的話）
服務態度還好
訂票體驗不錯，唯價格可平宜一點更佳

Drove there. Our room is located first floor with private onsen bath in the room. No shoes are allowed when you first step into the Ryokan. Slippers are provided.
Staff are friendly and nice, the room is clean and spacious. Food was typical Japanese breakfast. The private in-house onsen bath was awesome but sadly on the second day, the onsen bath tub started to leak hot spring water from all sides of the bath tub and from the wall and there is no way to stop the water gushing out!
As a kind gesture, the manager gave us some private time on the private onsen (require booking)

A hot spring hotel friendly to solo travelers. The lady at the front desk wrote handwritten travel guide recommendations. You can make a reservation for the hot spring house once a day. It's really a beauty soup. My skin feels slippery after running. The town is not big, but it is very relaxing if you don’t do anything. Will go again if I have the chance. There is a lot of vinyl in the lounge on the first floor, and the owner seems to have good music taste. It’s nice to listen to music and drink some good wine at night.
