Otel ***et temizdi. Odamız yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanisliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Orelin konumu Ürgüp merkezde idi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.

Muy lindo lugar, cerca de todo, gente muy amable en la recepción, llegamos antes del check in pero nos acomodaron como 3 horas antes. Muy buen desayuno, muy linda vista desde el restaurant. Recomiendo por la vista, el lugar, y las comodidades

çok beğendiğim bir konaklama oldu. gelecekte de sadece burayı tercih edeceğime eminim. 💗 odaları çok hijyenik ve çok rahat, yüksek tavanlı. ferah ve otantik. özellikle duvardaki tablolar, halılar, eski süs eşyaları çok farklı bir hava ka**ış. çok karakteristik ve kendine has bir otel. ayrıca hizmet kalitesi de çok yüksek. güler yüzlü bir karşılama sizi bekliyor. terasın ürgüp manzarası ise bir harika, şöminenin karşısına oturup bunun tadını çıkarmalısınız kesinlikle. 👍🏽 çok teşekkür ediyoruz. 🙏🏽

Very cozy hotel. The staff is very polite and friendly. Entering the rooms you find yourself in a historical a**osphere. They also offer very interesting tours.Unforgettable experience!I really liked the hotel, I recommend it!!!Definitely 5 and 5

During our holiday in Turkey, we stayed at Cave Hotel Urgup in (capodocia) for two days. What an amazing place it is, we stayed in a room from over 300 years ago that was used as a chapel. It was a place filled with positivity, calm and quiet. In 8 countries which we visited, this was our second favorite place. Thanks to Mr Omer Nair for hosting us (good to hear that his ancestors come from India (Kerala). The crew was very kind and always had a smile on their faces. Special thanks to Ms Pesan (must be the right spelling).. there was another charming man who welcomed us (forgot his name). We hope to return in the future.

This is an amazing cave hotel. The beds are comfortable, the cave room i stayed in was welcoming and large, bathrooms are spacious and modern with all the amenities, and breakfast buffet was served in the dining area. There are even well appointed rooms that are several meters underground. Ask to sample the hanging grapes over the terrace. Tiny, ripe and candy sweet! Hats off to the wonderful owner who was on site to show us around.

The hotel owner is a very rude person who insulted me on the phone. Since the hotel staff doesn’t understand English, we had a confusion with respect to checkout time (note that the hotel did not do any formalities on our arrival, for instance even our passports were not checked). We went out and came slightly after check out time. We did give our key to the hotel staff and informed him that we will come in a bit. Since our belongings were in the room, when we came back, the hotel owner insulted me on the phone telling me to ‘Get out of my hotel’. He did not even give me time to pick my luggage up and told us that he will throw our luggage out. We honestly did not do that intentionally and the hotel staff did not get a word that we spoke in English and it was just 1 hour past check out and we checked in half day late previously so we assumed it was flexible. Horrible experience- I will never recommend this hotel to anyone in a foreign country.
