"This hotel is in good condition and has its own unique style. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling by car. Although it's only a 10-minute drive from the hot air balloon town, it's much better than staying in town. You can book your hot air balloon ride for the next day directly in town. The hot air balloon company will arrange complimentary pickup and drop-off from the hotel. The hotel does offer a hot air balloon booking service, but it's more expensive than booking in town."

"A new and very beautiful hotel made in 2025. I was very happy to be open to the city centre for about 8 minutes with a car. I was particularly glad that I could not be able to enjoy the authentic environment of the pool and the night until 00.00. A 8-minute road for us living in major cities is a short distance to stay in this peaceful environment. Thank you very much for your business owner's lady and your wife's interest in the travel programme and suggestions. I advise everyone of the deluxe cave rooms in the basement. I will certainly stay again at the next exit."

The view was important to me, so we booked another place for the second night, and a beautiful hotel was important for the first. Delicious breakfast, not a buffet. It's a 5-minute drive to the launch sites of the balloons."

"The place is nice, the service is really bad. If the girl at the reception shows a smile it is saying a lot, it seems that she is doing the guest a favor by serving him. Our rooms are on the ground floor, 4 floors, no one even made the move to help with the suitcases. At night when I was leaving I wanted to open the door and the lady from her desk shouted LEFT LEFT, she didn't even try to stop. I would classify the breakfast as bad, we arrived to have breakfast and all the tables were dirty because other guests had already swept away, it is understood that the hotel knows how many people it has staying, there was no coffee, there was no bread, there was no juice. I felt that the place is beautiful, but the attention ruins the entire experience."

"Very good! Our hot air balloon trip was cancelled, so we temporarily stayed in Cappadocia for an extra day. We were staying in nearby Dedeli before and booked this hotel temporarily. Except that the room was smaller than Dedeli, it was hygienic and similar to Dedeli in all aspects of the cave. There is also another hotel in the hotel. You can sit in the courtyard! And the price is beautiful! Especially the boss! He was very enthusiastic and even gave us a taste of his own pickled vegetables and syrup made from local grapes! It is highly recommended by friends who travel independently. It is very close to hot air ballooning the next day."

"Me and my daughter stayed in this Cute, Beautiful hotel in late part of March'2025. It is located on the top part of a hill and it was very close from the city. Their roof top Breakfast room was fantastic. They also have a sitting area near the Breakfast room from where you can see and enjoy 360 degree view of the nearby area. The room we stayed gave us a feeling of staying in a cave which signifies the name of the hotel. Staffs are super friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.💞💕💘❤️🩷"

"Nestled in the busy part of the town, it looked dated, but fitted in well with the cave surroundings. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and had hot water running through the taps 24 hours. There was a Turkish bath place in the bathroom. There are 2 swimming pools, the restaurant sitting area is adequate- the food delicious and catered to Turkish cuisine. The WiFi signal was good. There were 2 good dogs there very cute and friendly. There are cave houses in the mountains nearby. These are not used for residence."
