The staff were very helpful and friendly and assisted with our luggage as there are a few stairs. The location was also great and reception can organise any trip you like. A short walk takes you into the town centre with plenty of other restaurants, cafes shops etc. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I do hope to return."

The only downside was, it was a bit difficult for my mum with stiff knees to climb all the way up the mountain staircase everyday for breakfast. If they use a restaurant space downstairs it would have been a perfect stay."

"I Booked Deluxe Room. At first they gave me deluxe room but I couldn’t access wifi. So I asked to cancel my booking but then they gave me another room but different type which is Classic Room No. 107. Wifi Connection was still bed and I should sleep on the floor to catch the wifi signal. I checked Room No 111 which is deluxe and right on the top of Receptionist has better wifi signal. The room was vacant until I checked out. I didn’t know why they downgrade my room from deluxe to classic while a wifi connected deluxe room was available Very disappointing. Will not stay here again"

The food is good enough; the hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants, local shops and is like 15 minutes to giren which is the most touristic place in the area. We where there with a 6 years old kid and they have a special niche on the second flour where you can sleep on a sofa. She was excited. Великолепный отель который превзошел наши ожидания. Он достаточно небольшой, всего на 6 номеров, но очень уютный. В нашем номере была одна большая кровать на двоих и дополнительная софа на втором этаже в специальной нише, где у нас спал ребенок. Она была просто в восторге. Отдельно стоит сказать про завтрак. Понятно что там не было шведского стола, но они накрывали традиционный турецкий завтрак индивидуально. Очень красивый и вкусный. Всем рекомендую. "

"Fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend. We took a king superior room and had our own private small swimming pool and additional jacuzzi. The room was amazing, breakfast was simple and authentic which added further to the overall charm. Ürgüp is a nice quiet town and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus station if you needed to get to Goreme. The staff are friendly, particularly Selim, who went out of his way to help us with airport transfer, further hotel bookings on our next leg of the trip and any items we needed with our room. The hotel were great to communicate with prior to the trip and clarified several queries I had. Overall we felt so welcome and it was a perfect honeymoon stay. The room was just like those on the website. "

"Nestled in the busy part of the town, it looked dated, but fitted in well with the cave surroundings. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and had hot water running through the taps 24 hours. There was a Turkish bath place in the bathroom. There are 2 swimming pools, the restaurant sitting area is adequate- the food delicious and catered to Turkish cuisine. The WiFi signal was good. There were 2 good dogs there very cute and friendly. There are cave houses in the mountains nearby. These are not used for residence."

"The hotel is beautiful it’s central and well located. It’s very clean. It’s an amazing experience to stay in a cave. The breakfast is outstanding, Ibrahim made our day start in a wonderful way every day. Service is outstanding as everyone is pleasant, friendly and helpful specially Arda who is professional and works hard to make sure the guests are happy and Ibrahim who does the same 👍🏻. There are beautiful terraces, where to spend your mornings or nights looking at the beautiful Cappadocia. I would definitely recommend this hotel the only thing I would improve is that in a room which was 605 there was no door between the bedroom in the bathroom so you had no privacy and also at night if you turn on the light, it would just shine on the face of the other person that was sleeping, so that would be better. It also has a little bit warm but they do provide a fan that makes it much better but it’s facing the sun is hitting on it for the whole morning and the rooms to heat up other than that I would say it’s an absolute gem. "

"A truly extraordinary experience staying in this cave hotel. We had a family King room. It is large and cozy. A real cave, even the toilet is in the cave. Characteristic darkness, but this only adds to the authenticity. We lived in the room for 3 days and did not want to leave! Very high-quality breakfasts are served. A fresh omelet, fried flatbreads or tubes with cheese and herbs, all kinds of cheeses, fresh vegetables, a plate with different types of jam, fresh bread, coffee and tea are prepared individually for the family. We were always full and happy! We had not yet left the hotel, as there was a desire to return again to our cozy cave! And what a view opens up from the terrace! The hotel is located on the top of a hill. Important: the hotel is located in the village of Mustafa Pasha, it is about 20 km from Goreme (tourist center) and not all Goreme excursions are picked up from this hotel. But we were lucky, our company Atmosphere (balloon flights) picked us up from Mustafa Pasha without any extra charges. Just 5 km from Mustafa Pasha there is a town called Urgup. You can get there by bus. It goes from the central square of Mustafa Pasha. The fare is 30 lira. For me, the location, away from the noisier tourist center, was a plus. There are no crowds of tourists here. And just 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel you can see a cave monastery and churches and other buildings absolutely free of charge and without people at all. This is great. Near Goreme they charge for similar open-air museums and there are a lot of people there. My whole family and I are 100% satisfied with this hotel. I also studied hotel reviews before the trip and they did not let us down! I agree with all the positive reviews. The hotel owners were very hospitable and we would love to go back there! Thank you!"

"I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, but I appreciate their quick response. The room was very clean and stylish. All the staff were warm and kind. It rained heavily the day I stayed, and perhaps because I was on the top floor, there was a leak in the bathroom, which surprised me."
