"This was an absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. While cave hotels offer a unique charm, for families with children, considering the comfortable room environment and excellent hotel services, this particular hotel comes highly recommended. Even with many families present, the hotel maintains a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your stay. The meals were superb – both lavish and healthy! The staff's service was impeccable. You can even watch the hot air balloons from the hotel entrance, and by just crossing the road, you can capture truly amazing photos of them. This is a hotel I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you. I definitely want to come back again."

NNadya GucumPerfect time spent in this hotel will stay in our memories forever
Kindly staff, lovely views, stunning interiors, Turkish hamam and bathtub in the room.
Hitting sistem and warm floor made is feel like home at winter days.
Just loved this place, definitely I will turn back here our next trip to Cappadocia
CchongyixiongOur family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky.
The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride.
The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special.
Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!
__WeChat53155****Highly recommended, the breakfast was also very good. Suitable for couples and friends. The room wasn't as damp or uncomfortable as I expected. I stayed for four days and still felt it was great. Suitable for those who rent a car and travel independently. I was so lucky to have booked such a good hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.
GGuest UserJust an amazing hotel in the center with a very cool design of the rooms. We lived in the simplest and most expensive room with a pool. Both are cool, but with a pool of course chic.
Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, very caring and friendly staff, they helped with everything. We bought all excursions at the hotel, they came out cheaper, which is very surprising.
I really liked that each room has its own exit and a small terrace with different interiors. Very tasty breakfasts.
Everything is very stylish and aesthetically pleasing, each vase and mug in the room is simply a work of art.
Highly recommend this hotel in Cappadocia ❤️
GGuest UserThe soundproofing of the hotel is not good, there is a small yard in the middle, and the sound of sleeping in the yard at night will be transmitted to the room. No house cleaning. There is no staff at the front desk on Saturday morning. The facilities in the room are old, there is no hot water, and the mattress is not good for sleeping. The breakfast on the first day was okay, I couldn't live and went to a friend's hotel.
EEmreuysalllIf you want to experience a real niche in our hotel 3 nights, it has a feature that is not in the area where it is managed with a virtual assistent. I would like to mention the environmental information of the additional staff, the fact that they are ridiculous and that they really understand what you want, and that they are preparing to prepare it, especially for two people who are interested in us. Abdurrahman Bey and Halil Bey have done this job in a professional sense, we thank you very much for having never missed their quality standing and laughing faces, who listened to our demands, our suggestions, and gave us a real guest feeling. 🙏 We want to live this experience again, with the approach of these beautiful people in the team, every service taken at the hotel has made the staff and hotel balance that we can't see in real terms. We will certainly come back 🙂
GGuest UserKapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer.
GGuest UserSuch a lovely host at this hotel. We loved the suite, with the amazing jacuzzi, lounge space and the room which had a king-size bed and a single bed for our child. The breakfast was outstanding and the view over the city too. We'll be back!
