HHalilThe initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserWe stayed at Potamia Cave Hotel for 3 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cave room was beautifully designed. Cozy, clean, and full of authentic caves. Every corner of the hotel felt magical and thoughtfully maintained.
The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious Turkish breakfast and a great variety of local dishes that made every morning special.
The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and romantic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cappadocia. Waking up in a cave room was such a unique and memorable experience.
Thank you to the entire Potamia Cave Hotel team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would love to come back again!

Location; Perfect! - 5Min. away from the old town and ”Balıkıgöl”.
Personnel; not to overtake! - The staff is overtaking to friendliness and customer friendliness. The diving relationship is built immediately.
Do not look at guides or similar about .... The staff and the management are best informed and are happy to give tips and tour proposals.

GGuest UserAn absolutely wonderful hotel with professional staff. To avoid the hassle of switching rooms for our two-night stay, they generously upgraded our accommodation to a two-story unit (404) conveniently located right by the front desk. The living room was on the first floor, with the bedroom and bathroom on the second, where there was even a bathtub. It was fantastic! A big thank you to the front desk and concierge staff, Atil, Dogus, and Edmonton. The hotel's restaurant also deserves high praise. The main courses were absolutely delicious, and the service was very professional. What's more, the prices were even more reasonable than the tourist trap restaurants found near attractions. The buffet breakfast was also good, and the service was exceptionally good, thanks to Fafma.

IIbrahimThe hotel ***meat was clean. Our room was large enough and used. The workers were laughing. Orelin's location was in Uruguay's centre and the transportation was easy. However, the hotel's aesthetic image was bad for the hotels around it. The breakfast was weak, the food was not hot, and the hotel was enough according to its price.

YYZK1987We set a family room, two mothers with two children. Two 1.2 beds + one 1.8 bed, very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, the service staff was especially Nice, helping us rent a car, set a hot air balloon, and carry luggage. It is said that several boys who studied in China before opened together, and the Chinese is very fluent. It takes about 10 minutes to drive from the town of Goreme. The nearest town is 2 minutes drive and 10 minutes walk.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay in the winter. Our room was fabulous with a small living room and it was really cosy. The staff were so helpful, particularly Murat who rushed around making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and served on the roof overlooking the whole of Urgup. We would highly recommend this cave hotel!

烟烟花三月We changed the room because I booked separately. The first room is on upstairs. I did not experienced so much. I would only focus on the second room I stayed for one night. I was shocked by the sense of the happiness surrounded when I first opened the door. The floor is clean enough that I can walk without my shoes. The bed is tidy which have your quilt covered and tower setted. I was interested by the several fluorspar lights in the room which shining a variety of the colors. After I close the door and the window. It's incredible that the temperature has been kept around a warming environment even it was raining outside at the morning. In addition, the hotel lobby is very comfortable. No matter the sofa or the chair is suitable for soaking up the sun. The location of the hotel is not far from goreme and other sceneries. You can find plenty of markets and restaurants around the hotel. Having a walking is not a bad idea.
