HHalilThe initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserWe stayed at Potamia Cave Hotel for 3 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cave room was beautifully designed. Cozy, clean, and full of authentic caves. Every corner of the hotel felt magical and thoughtfully maintained.
The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious Turkish breakfast and a great variety of local dishes that made every morning special.
The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and romantic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cappadocia. Waking up in a cave room was such a unique and memorable experience.
Thank you to the entire Potamia Cave Hotel team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would love to come back again!

It was already more than eight o'clock on the first day of arrival at the hotel, and it was very hot. The fat brother of the hotel hummed and helped my friend carry the luggage on the second floor. I saw that his back was wet ～
I lived in 103 that night, that voice was huge (because I slept lightly and was sensitive to sound), Chinese time at three or four in the morning, I contacted Trip.com customer service, I hope to move upstairs the next day, Trip.com communicated with the hotel and contacted me within half an hour, This speed of solving the problem 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Like thanks.
The next day I chatted with my brother, because the wind was very strong, so I blew it, so I didn't move to the second floor. Of course, because of the strong wind on the first night, our hot air balloon on the second day was cancelled ～
The middle hotel helped us arrange a car transfer to various attractions to check in and coordinate the reservation of hot air balloons. The boss also joined it. Serious, enthusiastic and sincere, they made us feel at home and very safe. In short, if you encounter any problems, rest assured, the hotel and Trip.com are there, very at ease.
Today we left Kapa, because the flight was early, the hotel also prepared a light meal for us to take away, very intimate.

Location; Perfect! - 5Min. away from the old town and ”Balıkıgöl”.
Personnel; not to overtake! - The staff is overtaking to friendliness and customer friendliness. The diving relationship is built immediately.
Do not look at guides or similar about .... The staff and the management are best informed and are happy to give tips and tour proposals.

To avoid the hassle of switching rooms for our two-night stay, they generously upgraded our accommodation to a two-story unit (404) conveniently located right by the front desk. The living room was on the first floor, with the bedroom and bathroom on the second, where there was even a bathtub. It was fantastic! A big thank you to the front desk and concierge staff, Atil, Dogus, and Edmonton. The hotel's restaurant also deserves high praise. The main courses were absolutely delicious, and the service was very professional. What's more, the prices were even more reasonable than the tourist trap restaurants found near attractions. The buffet breakfast was also good, and the service was exceptionally good, thanks to Fafma.

IIbrahimThe hotel ***meat was clean. Our room was large enough and used. The workers were laughing. Orelin's location was in Uruguay's centre and the transportation was easy. However, the hotel's aesthetic image was bad for the hotels around it. The breakfast was weak, the food was not hot, and the hotel was enough according to its price.

The staff were so helpful, particularly Murat who rushed around making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and served on the roof overlooking the whole of Urgup. We would highly recommend this cave hotel!

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for one day and had a holiday that exceeded our expectations. The facilities provided by the hotel and the attentive service of the staff are really great. I would like to thank the Guest Relations Manager Demet Hanım and her team as well as the rest of the staff who made us feel special and never lacked in sincerity and friendliness. Additionally, the food was excellent; varied and delicious choices at every meal. Especially the open buffet and restaurant provided a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the overall vibe of the hotel was very peaceful. The pool area is also very pleasant, providing an environment where you can relax and enjoy every moment. In short, we absolutely recommend this hotel, it's the perfect choice for everyone who wants to have an unforgettable vacation! Thanks.
