The hotel was perfect , the staff member did not speak French called a server who served us as an interpreter , i.e. if the reception is important room , with perfect cleanliness , quality wooden fabric , comfortable table matlas and pivotal TV , The only negative points are the view , we had a palissade in front of us ! and the soundproof of the room , but this does not prevent us from having a stay 9/10 Wellness is perfect , well agency, clean damage , we didn't have to enjoy the bowling , it was strongly requested we will go back there is certain

The front desk staff were compétente as well as warmly welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough hangers! The only complaint is that the sink stopper work so it didn’t hold water. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety of excellent choices and the staff were very helpful. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again!

Dit hotel als uitval basis gebruikt voor een dagje valkenburg. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is meer dan goed. Klein ontbijt bij de prijs inbegrepen. Kamers zijn klein, maar een goed bed en een goede douche. Parkeren is gratis. En je kan s'avonds nog een biertje, wijntje of iets fris kopen om op de kamer of buiten op het terras te nuttigen. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Good hotel for a business trip. The room was pretty good - size and a very nice shower. The room has a pod coffee machine which is a great idea, but why they don't leave it set-up - ready to go - is beyond me. First you have to plug it in - ok first world problem, but why not leave it plugged in? Then fill up with water, and then work out how to use it. I mean - wouldn't it be great to be able to just walk in and use it? There's a gym which is pretty tiny, but at least it's there. The restaurant is excellent for evening meal - good choice and huge portions. Definitely went down well. The breakfast is only a simple affair but they do have a short-order cook doing eggs. Good place to stay for a business trip. I'd come back here if staying in this area again.
