This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

This hotel is worth recommending in terms of environment, service, facilities and location. The service is warm and responsible. The breakfast is very rich. The room comes with a fruit plate, and the yogurt tastes very good. I will stay here again next time.

It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

Because of the good accommodation experience, I want to come to Xinjiang again! Bella, the housekeeper, and Camille at the front desk were both very nice. I have stayed in Shenyang before and thought it was very good. This time I met a friend I met on a trip at Kanas Yunding Pavilion and saw that I booked Conrad. She has been living in Urumqi and said that the Conrad I booked was absolutely great! It's really great to stay! The Conrad front desk is on the 37th floor, we live on the 23rd floor, breakfast is on the 6th floor, and the swimming pool and gym are on the 7th floor. The hotel lobby can overlook the snowy scenery of Tianshan Mountain in the distance. The two bathrooms in the room are very good for a family with two children! The room we stayed in was also a connecting room, which is also very suitable for a large family. The administrative corridor is on the 37th floor. The staple food is noodles, beef rice and Buddha Jumping Over the Wall. The fruits are also very fresh. The breakfast is also very rich. It is really not the most expensive place to stay in during this trip to Xinjiang, but it is the most comfortable place to stay and the best food! A great choice for kids to take a break! Whether it’s the beginning or the end of the trip, I think Conrad Urumqi is the best place for families! It is connected to the shopping mall Meimei, which is similar to Shanghai International Finance. Five minutes past Meimei is the Uyghur Autonomous Region Museum, which is very convenient! It takes 20 minutes to take a taxi to the airport and 30 minutes to the International Grand Bazaar (because of the congestion). The taxi fare is 22 yuan. The transportation is convenient! Next time you go to Urumqi, Conrad is your first choice!

After parking, I walked to the lobby in the rain. It was too embarrassing. The key is that there are elderly people. It's unacceptable to get wet in the rain. I also reported this to the front desk lady on the same day and got a timely response. Early the next morning, the front desk handled the extension of stay. The lady said that the lobby manager happened to be there. After reacting, I talked to the lobby manager, but I was very disappointed. This fat male lobby manager was extremely arrogant and rude. He looked down on people and didn't care at all. In the end, I guess he was helpless and said thank you with his back teeth. Sure enough, the iron block blocking the road was not removed until check-out. Finally, the concierge of this hotel is useless. It rained on the first day and the car could not go up. They would have given me an umbrella. On the second day, I needed to move something from the car to the room and needed the concierge's cart. There was no one in the concierge department. I asked the front desk and was told that they were not working and would have to wait for ten minutes. I said I didn't need help and just needed to get off the car. They told me that I could push it myself. I pushed the cart to move things. When I came back, the concierge had already started working. I pushed a big cart by myself, and the concierge just watched. It would have been fine if they didn't help push it, but they didn't even help open the door. Finally, to sum up, the five-star facilities are put up by a makeshift team.

From the moment I checked into the Xinjiang International Ruihao Hotel, the smiling service from the front desk lady to the room check-in experience was great. The warm tones in the room and the excellent service from the staff made me feel very comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay and will choose this hotel again next time!!!
