"The location and hotel environment are great, and it feels very safe with card access required for the elevators. There are many helpful staff members at check-in. The room itself was also good and spacious. However, on the second night, starting around 4:30 AM, a group of people from Xinjiang in the adjacent room were chattering loudly, making it impossible to sleep. Even after calling hotel reception, the noise continued until almost 6 AM when they finally left. It was truly frustrating."

The front desk lady was incredibly sweet; she processed our check-in quickly and even proactively recommended local eateries and transportation options, which was super thoughtful! The facilities are new: the AC cools down fast, the WiFi is strong, and the mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar Metro Station, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

"My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!"

"The hotel is very close to the airport and includes shuttle service, making it a very convenient first night stopover. It's also very cost-effective. There are several food stalls downstairs, which are also very good for dining at night. Highly recommended!"

"On the last day of my trip, I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient access to the airport the next day, so I didn't have high expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I was tired and didn't want to go out for food, and luckily, the hotel's 38th-floor lobby also houses a 'cloud restaurant' that served a delicious dinner. Plus, my room offered a fantastic view of Bogda Peak, which was an incredible bonus! The next morning, heading to the airport was a breeze – I just dropped my room card into the box downstairs and didn't have to go all the way back to the 38th floor to check out. Absolutely superb!"

"The building is not a proper hotel as it occupies three floors of an apartment building. The building is damaged and there are peeling walls in various places. The first room we were given did not have air conditioning (although the reservation information said it had air conditioning), so we requested a room change and the problem was solved. However, the new room did not have a TV. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, but there was no one there at 8am. You may have trouble leaving your luggage. The cleaning staff works hard and keeps the rooms as clean as possible. Wi-Fi is good. There is a simple restaurant and a convenience store on the first floor of the building."

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was super quick, and she even asked if I wanted a quiet room. Such thoughtful attention to detail! The room was also a pleasant surprise! It was spotlessly clean, with no odors at all. The bedding was soft as a cloud, and I slept soundly. The view from the window was great; opening the curtains revealed the street view. Waking up in the morning to the sunlight lifted my mood. The location was also very convenient, just a ten-minute walk from my destination. There were also many small restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for strolling around. "Everything was pretty good. Although it's a bit far from the airport, the return trip was smooth since it was a Saturday—it took less than half an hour to get there. There are some steep steps at the entrance, but the staff helped with the luggage. The front desk was great, the room was spacious and clean, and there’s a laundry room. Definitely worth it."
