Our last night in Xinjiang was spent at the Mehao Lichi Flagship Store, and the overall experience was excellent. It's one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed at in Urumqi. The hotel's location is quite convenient, not far from Urumqi High-Speed Rail Station, and easy to find if you're driving. Underground parking is also readily available. For those who need to catch a high-speed train or flight on their last day of a Xinjiang trip, this location is ideal. The hotel's biggest highlight is the Sky Lobby on the 38th floor. The views are expansive, and the overall design is quite stylish. From the moment you check in, you can tell it's different from a typical hotel, especially on a clear day when you can see towards the Tianshan Mountains – the scenery is beautiful. The room is spacious, well-laid out, clean, and tidy, with very comfortable bedding. After a tiring trip through Xinjiang, coming back at night to shower and rest in bed was very pleasant. The floor-to-ceiling windows are also a great bonus; they offer open views during the day and a comfortable city nightscape in the evening. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise during this stay. The variety was rich, the taste was good, and there were also Xinjiang specialty dishes, offering a great selection overall. Moreover, the breakfast hours are quite accommodating, so you don't have to wake up extra early to eat, which is very convenient for tourists. The staff's service attitude was also excellent. The front desk was efficient with check-ins, and any requests were promptly addressed. The hotel also has facilities like a gym and laundry, which are very practical for those on an extended trip through Xinjiang. Overall, whether it's the rooms, the views, the breakfast, or the location, this hotel lives up to its 'flagship store' positioning. It's especially suitable for the last night of a Xinjiang road trip or for travelers needing to catch a high-speed train or flight. The overall value for money is good, and this stay exceeded my expectations. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Urumqi.

This hostel completely exceeded my expectations as a solo traveler! The environment is quiet and elegant, and the common lounge is perfect for reading, chatting, and meeting many interesting people. The hygiene is meticulous, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is also quite good. The owner is very nice and patiently answers questions about travel itineraries. It's a warm landing spot during my journey, highly recommended!

This hotel truly deserves a big thumbs up! The service is exceptionally comprehensive and thoughtful. Although the location isn't particularly prominent, there's a cozy reading corner, which really shows the management's vision. You can even choose from about six different types of pillows, and they offer a foot bath service where an attendant prepares the water for you. All in all, it's excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard. The toiletries were all provided, and the environment was clean and quiet. The location was super convenient for getting around. I was also very happy with the room the front desk assigned, it was perfect for traveling with a child. They even gave us a Xinjiang lamb fridge magnet, which was a very nice touch!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a six or seven-minute walk from the North Square exit of the high-speed rail station. It has its own elevator, which is very convenient. The room is also very quiet, making it perfect for an early morning high-speed train departure, allowing you to get a bit more sleep.

The service was great! They even gave me a free room upgrade, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious. Every time I stay here, the staff are so welcoming, and all the front desk personnel are lovely. I really love this hotel. There are good restaurants downstairs, and it's close to where I like to go shopping. It has a nice, relaxed pace of life.

The hotel's location is close to the Provincial Museum, and the service is truly exceptional. Starting from the airport shuttle driver, the service was warm and attentive, the car was clean, and the driving was very smooth. Upon entering the hotel, the staff were also very welcoming and quickly processed our check-in. Our room even got an upgrade! Overall, the room hygiene was good, and the air conditioning was very cool. The breakfast was also quite rich, kid-friendly, and tasted great, with some Xinjiang specialty foods; the rose naan was especially delicious to try a small piece of. All in all, it's a good hotel. The only two minor drawbacks were that the mirror by the entrance faced part of the bed, and in our room, the shower water temperature would fluctuate a bit. Overall, it offers great value for money.

My stay at Xingcheng Hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The hotel lobby was simple and refreshing, the public areas were clean and tidy, and the quiet and comfortable environment made me feel very relaxed. The room was thoroughly cleaned, meticulously maintained, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The facilities were complete and in good working order, and the hot water and water pressure were excellent. 👍👍 The front desk staff, Buweijia, was gentle and polite, efficient in check-in and check-out, patient in communication, and responsive to any issues. Their attentive and thoughtful service made for a very good experience throughout. The hotel is quiet despite being in a busy area, with a peaceful atmosphere, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. It offers excellent value for money and provided a reassuring and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose Xingcheng again next time. I would also recommend it to my friends who travel here.

They provided great support, conformed to my neck, and helped relieve travel fatigue. They were soft but didn't collapse, making for a very comfortable sleep. I slept soundly all night and had a wonderful sleep experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Upon returning, I could quickly switch into a calm and relaxed state. I really appreciate this balance of 'lively and serene.' What truly stood out to me this time was the overall service at the hotel. The staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient. Any request was usually met and resolved quickly, and the service experience wasn't negatively impacted by a large number of guests. During my stay, Kevin from the concierge team helped me many times. Whether it was retrieving and transporting luggage or later needing help with sending a package, he was very patient and handled everything with diligence and efficiency. He was always friendly and welcoming whenever we met, which made me feel very comfortable. While many of these tasks might seem small, having someone readily available to assist during a trip truly makes things much easier. I also want to extend a big thank you to Russel. Since I had his WeChat contact from a previous stay, I primarily communicated with him directly for anything I needed during this visit. He always responded to messages promptly and diligently followed up on every matter, big or small. Any coordination or arrangements needed were handled perfectly, making the entire check-in process much smoother. This kind of service, where you can always reach someone and receive prompt, effective assistance, is a huge plus for guests. Overall, my entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was very smooth. The hotel's facilities are high-quality, and the team's service is warm and efficient. I particularly want to thank Kevin and Russel for their help and care over the past few days, which added a wonderful lodging experience to my trip to Urumqi.
