This is my favorite hotel to stay in the area. It keeps up doing an excellent job of serving their guests. The room is large and super clean. Plenty of options for breakfast - one of the best among many 5-star hotels that I have stayed. I stayed at this hotels a couple of times previously so I am so impressed of their consistency in quality services that they provided and maintained the guest rooms and facilities in excellence conditions over many years.

The second time I came to Xinjiang to play, I stayed again, because the last time I came to play, I was very satisfied with the hotel service environment. This time I came to play and experienced the blizzard cold wave of Hemu. It was really the only experience in this life. I came back from Hemu to Urumqi and took a day off before returning. The service staff was kind, polite and enthusiastic, especially the front desk brother Li Yige, who was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me carry my luggage and guide me upstairs. Before leaving, I also sent me a red panda doll. I will definitely come to Xinjiang again in the future, because the scenery in Xinjiang is so beautiful! ! !

The service really surprised me. Every employee I met when I walked into the hotel said good afternoon to me. I ordered takeout that night. I thought there was a robot and asked the delivery person to have it delivered. After a few minutes, it was the security uncle who brought it over. If there is no robot, let me go down and get it. He took care of me holding the chopsticks and introduced me to the newly made chive egg pancake for me to try. Airport pick-up service: Finally, I want to highlight the airport pick-up service. Master Du, who picked me up from the airport, sent me a photo of the vehicle one day in advance so that I could identify the vehicle at a glance. After getting off the plane, Master Du called me again and told me how to get there. He arrived within a minute. The car was very clean, and Master Du also introduced us to restaurants near the hotel. Went to eat at night and it was really delicious and not expensive. I couldn’t be more impressed!
