The hotel is located at the west end of Daqicheng Street, and the highway has just arrived in Daqicheng. There are many parking spaces in front of the door. There are many small restaurants near the hotel. Daqicheng is not very big. Cantaloupe is only 4 yuan a kilogram, very sweet. All hotels, restaurants and shops in Xinjiang have good service attitude.

Great place to stay in Urumqi. Towering high above the city skyline, you have an amazing view all the way up to the breathtaking mountain ranges surrounding Urumqi. Although have quite a bit of legacy, the rooms and facilities are still charming, clean and tidy. Service was excellent and super friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

Hygiene: The room 618 that I stayed in for the first time was generally clean and tidy. After the room change, the washbasin in room 609 had a small amount of paper scraps and water stains. The toilet seat had traces of stickers and the fingernails could be detached. Environment: The Chinese-style background wall at the bedside and the overall color tone of the room are in line with the aesthetics of the older generation. There are low-frequency noise sources outside room 618, and the sound insulation of the room is weak. In room 609, you can hear 610 having a meeting at night. Service: Upon check-in, the front desk learned that I wanted to take a bath and proactively provided a bathtub cover. The switchboard service phone number asked if I was satisfied with the accommodation. I contacted the room lady to replace the humidifier and give me a bottle of water for personal needs. During the night room change process, we will cooperate with the transportation of luggage and items. The breakfast meal time was not mentioned during the check-in process at the front desk. The room attendant brought the bathtub cover but did not further lay it out for the guests. The front desk for changing rooms only made a room card. After being dissatisfied with the conversation next door, I had to wait for the service staff to go downstairs to collect the room card to open a new room. If I were the front desk, after receiving the guest's request for room change, if the room status allowed, I would make multiple room cards for the guest to choose a room. If necessary, provide multiple room types based on the on-site situation, or record the vacant room number. While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up their rooms.
