The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station. It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from.

I brought my friends to my hometown for a visit and chose to stay in the most familiar place from my childhood, the former ”Holiday Inn.” From my window, I could see the school I attended, the Xida Bridge I've crossed countless times, and the Ccmall built on the site of my grandma's old house. Every morning, before even heading out, I'd order Xinjiang's unique ”Chaballet.” Everything was close by for shopping, whether I walked or took a taxi. This hotel truly has a prime location that outsiders wouldn't understand. I'll definitely choose to stay here every time I return! The picture shows the Ancient Hotan-style pilaf from Hongqi Road, which I walked to. Highly recommend it!

The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance, and the front desk staff, especially the gentlemen, were incredibly attentive and patiently answered all our questions. Our stay during this trip exceeded expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, free from any unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Overall, the value for money is superb. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Urumqi.

The room facilities are new, and the bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. The hygiene is excellent and the shower pressure is strong, making for a really enjoyable shower. The housekeeping staff are enthusiastic and polite, and the front desk staff are professional and efficient. The hotel's location is superb, with many delicious specialty restaurants on Jiefang Road, Wenyi Road, and Hongqi Road. Just across the street in the alley, there's Hetian Daoxiang Hand-Grabbed Rice and beef noodles. The Grand Bazaar is also only a 20-minute walk away.

We booked a standard twin room. It wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate. The service was great, and the location was excellent with lots of shops downstairs. Surprisingly, it was quiet at night; perhaps because our window faced a residential building? The breakfast spread was extensive with plenty of choices.

This stay at the Jianzhi Hotel in Urumqi was such a pleasant surprise, it absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Nanmen Metro Station. Across the street is Wanyancheng, and you can walk to the famous Xiaohe Prince restaurant in just two or three minutes. The Grand Bazaar is only a 10-15 minute walk away, making it super easy to explore, eat, and buy souvenirs. Getting to other city attractions or catching transport for your return journey is also a breeze. The room itself had a simple, clean, and refreshing style. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. Despite Urumqi's dry heat, the in-room air conditioning and fresh air system worked perfectly, preventing any stuffiness. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was even a mini-fridge. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful throughout my stay. The value for money here is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi!

Service: The breakfast was quite good, with noodle and rice noodle stations. The staff were very enthusiastic and even gave kids fridge magnets, orange candies, and small biscuits as gifts, which was a very thoughtful touch. Environment: The location is excellent. You can walk to attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Tuanjie Theater. There are also many eateries nearby, making it very convenient for dining and entertainment. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy due to being on a main street.

The room felt new and had no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff provided attentive service, making my stay feel very secure. Any requests were quickly addressed. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!! Absolutely excellent.

The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady also did a great job, very prompt and thorough. The room size was decent, but the showerhead was a bit leaky and hard to use. I hope they can fix that.

She truly showed me what exceptional 'ownership' and reliable, follow-through work look like. Even before we checked in, she proactively sent a video, meticulously asking about all our needs and arranging everything perfectly, making us feel at ease before we even arrived. During our stay, she keenly noticed our travel fatigue, not only thoughtfully offering warm water but also, upon learning of our tight schedule, proactively helped us arrange a late check-out, which was a huge relief. Even when we left, she specially prepared a parting gift, extending that warmth until the very last moment. From the concern before check-in to the reluctance to leave, she treated every guest like family. Ms. Nur deeply impressed me with her sincere follow-through and full sense of ownership. She provided service that truly touched the guests' hearts. I look forward to staying again during the snowy season. The hotel's own food is also excellent, available at the main entrance at 6 PM.
