Staying experience at Ji Hotel (Urumqi Altai Road): fully recommended! This time I stayed at the All Seasons Hotel Altay Road Branch, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, making it easy to get to the commercial district or tourist attractions. The front desk service is warm and efficient. When checking in, they also reminded us of the breakfast time and nearby dining recommendations. The room is simple and comfortable in design. The original wood color makes people feel warm. The bedding is soft and clean, allowing you to have a good night's sleep without stress. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and toiletries are fully available, with great attention to detail. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV make for a relaxing evening. The breakfast has a rich variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, especially the freshly ground coffee and local snacks are impressive. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and clean, the cleaning staff is polite and thoughtful, and the cost performance is very high. Whether it is business travel or tourist accommodation, All Seasons is a trustworthy choice! I will stay here again next time I come to Urumqi!

The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful, with a warm and patient attitude. All my requests were promptly addressed, which made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich, with a good variety of hot dishes, pastries, and fruits, and the taste was also great. I was very satisfied with the meal, and the overall experience was fantastic.

The location is incredibly convenient; the bus stop is just a two- or three-minute walk away. If you want to buy fruit at the nearby market or grab breakfast at a corner snack shop, it's a short stroll away. Taxis are readily available, and there's free underground parking. The cleanliness is impeccable; the room was spotless from the moment you entered. The sheets and duvet covers were pristine white, without a single stain, and the bed was neatly made, making washing up a very pleasant experience. The service was also very attentive. The staff were very polite during check-in and even reminded us that breakfast was available at 8 am, in case we overslept and missed it. The facilities are also very new; the air conditioning warms up quickly and is surprisingly quiet, making for a peaceful night's sleep. Hot water comes out in seconds, which is fantastic. We could simply take our clothes to the laundry room to wash them. I'd highly recommend this place for those with high fitness needs.

As always with Ji Hotel, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, a reliable choice whenever we travel in China!! The location is very convenient, especially for travelers. It’s close to Urumqi airport, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service — even as early as 6:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised that they also prepared a simple but warm breakfast for us to take away before our morning flight. It’s these thoughtful touches that make a big difference. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, efficient, and worry-free stay near the airport! 😊

The hotel service was excellent, especially Wu Shan and Zhu Xiaocun, who assisted me throughout my stay. They were both very kind and approachable, which made me feel right at home. Initially, I was confused about the check-in time. I arrived in Urumqi at around 3 AM on the 19th, and according to mainland China's custom, I would normally book a room for the 19th. However, I learned that in Xinjiang, a new day for hotel charges starts at 2 PM. So, for my 3 AM arrival on the 19th, I actually needed to book the room for the 18th. The other thing that really impressed me was the detailed guidance I received from the moment I landed until I found my pick-up car. They provided clear landmarks at every step and patiently directed me left and right. This level of care was truly moving, especially for a traveler arriving in Urumqi in the early hours of the morning, feeling a bit anxious – the sense of security they provided was immeasurable. I will definitely stay at the Airport Hotel again when I return to Urumqi, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
