房間倒是不錯。但是，我在攜程訂的4間大床房到酒店卻是給的4間標準間，牛頭不對馬嘴。然後退房後，我們都已從烏魯木齊飛到杭州了，然後還在一個勁的打電話來催退房，一會兒又説房卡丟了要扣錢，最後莫名奇妙的扣了10元，

明明是非吸煙樓層，但是煙味卻無比的濃厚。不管是在樓層也好，電梯裏也好，甚至大廳裏。明明都標註了禁止吸煙的標示牌，卻還是一堆人坐着抽也無人制止。
酒店挺老的，設施也有些老舊，短期出差住宿還行，但是如果再來一次的話不會選擇這家了。
