The location is very good and it is close to the Grand Bazaar. It is convenient to go anywhere. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff is warm and helpful. The room is quite big and the stay is OK. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

In general it‘s a nice place. Good location. Everything worked quite easily even though I arrived late at night. Translator app is needed for communication though. smoking inside the hotel is allowed and you can smell it sometimes on the hallway, my room smelled fine though :)

Anytime a hotel is within walking distance of a Metro it's a great location. Surrounding the vicinity is littered with small eateries and roadside fruit sellers. The hotel breakfast was great - perhaps cater for foreign tourists now that the Visa free has been extended till Dec 2025. . Tour brochures should be made available for ease of booking for a day tour. The entrance is rather inconspicuous so a signage directing taxi service to the establishment should be looked into. The front desk staff are superb.

The staff, including the security guards, had a very good service attitude and checked in very quickly. The quilt was too heavy and not fluffy and comfortable enough. The pillows were reasonably matched, and the softness and hardness met the different needs of customers. The only thing was that there was dust on the clothes drying rack.
