This is my favorite hotel to stay in the area. It keeps up doing an excellent job of serving their guests. The room is large and super clean. Plenty of options for breakfast - one of the best among many 5-star hotels that I have stayed. I stayed at this hotels a couple of times previously so I am so impressed of their consistency in quality services that they provided and maintained the guest rooms and facilities in excellence conditions over many years.

Great location just outside of the metro station exit B. Room is very quiet and very spacious. BUT they failed to ask me Covid test upon arrival and l got into problem later on as l did not take it. Nice to have fruits, yogurt, masks, tea and so on delivered to room in the evening but wish they serve different fruits as l stayed there for five days. One night there l found rotten tomato and l wish they check carefully. I wish people working at concierge can speak English but they did not help me with ordering a taxi but told me to use didi app to do so and it was very disappointed. They did not return the deposit money at the hotel but l wish they do it immediately after the room check. Also refrigerator was locked and not available to use.

He took the initiative to carry the luggage and the vehicle was clean and tidy. Entering the hotel, the lobby is magnificent, and the rumbling spring breath is blowing. The front desk guy served quickly, was very friendly and warm, and took the initiative to upgrade the room type, and informed the dining place and time, and the elevator location. The room is large, very clean, and has all the facilities. The bed is large and comfortable. The buffet lunch on the first floor of the hotel is affordable, rich in variety, and tastes good. There are hot dishes, seafood, steak, barbecue, soup, noodles, cold dishes, desserts, fruits, drinks... It's really a variety that makes you don't know what to eat. Especially the braised beef and hand-pulled lamb are so delicious. The waiter pours tea and changes plates in a timely manner. The service is polite and just right. I went out in the afternoon and came back in the evening. The room had been cleaned, mineral water was added, fruits, yogurt, small packages of black wolfberries, and a plush camel were placed, and the night bed was also made. The buffet breakfast was also delicious, I don’t know how to praise it! The next day I went to the airport, and the gift depar**ent arranged a drop-off, …. In short, it was the best five-star hotel I felt. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night because I had to transfer.
