A great hotel as you would expect from a Conrad. The location was good but you do need to take a taxi if you want to get to the tourist areas. The hotel was spotless, staff were great and the sky bar, pool and gym all good. The only let down was the view. If the hotel is quiet, why put your guess in the rooms with the worst view? I will never understand that - part of the reason for booking the Conrad was for the view and I did ask for a high rim, but nope. That didn’t happen!!

About 15 minutes from the airport and from the station. Nice hotel in the city with an attached shopping mall and a supermarket downstairs.

The pros: it’s attached to a high end mall it has a top of the line automatic bidet as it’s part of Marriott group, interior of room is reminiscent of its sister brand, the EDITION has a beautiful executive lounge Service and lift arrival is always prompt Bellboys and L1 aunties are helpful, earnest and friendly Byredo toiletries The cons: Poor awareness by local drivers resulting in many drivers, dropping off the wrong entrance Signages of the hotel can be vastly improved, as it’s not immediately clear that reception is at L37, and that there’s even a L1 lobby Room was stuffy even as I tried to lower the thermostat to 18 celcius, I was still perspiring in my room and the middle of the night One of my wash sinks was clogged The pillows are not exactly comfy and I didn’t know there was a pillow menu until the day of checking out, even as I stayed in other Conrads of the world Most of the staff who are in their twenties and thirties, have major rbf until you actually speak to them where they appear to be more pleasant and accommodating

the room is big and well designed. the staff treated me very well. the hotel is well located, just in the luxury shopping mall… I will stay there if I go back to Urumqi.

Great service from the start to the end. Bella at the front desk helped us with checking in and getting settled. Every member of staff was friendly and wanting to help. Great location for the hotel, the bar does a good cocktail and the pool/ gym are at a high standard. It was such a pleasure to stay there that we have booked to come again in a week’s time!

Arrived at the hotel by plane late at night The staff had a very good service attitude! The luggage was delivered directly to the hotel. Because it was Father's Day, they also helped to deliver a cake. They also gave us an extra set of toiletries for one more person staying. We were traveling as a family. The staff helped us to connect the rooms, which was much more convenient! Although the staff had to run around many times, they were still very enthusiastic~ The cleaning lady Yu Chunhua cleaned the room very cleanly and carefully When we left, the staff at the door insisted on helping us push the luggage The overall experience was that the service was very good The executive room also comes with afternoon tea and evening snacks But I personally feel that the breakfast is not worth it. You can consider eating out

Facilities: Very good👍, smart toilet, especially the lighting adjustment in the house, I like it very much, the whole is very complete. Hygiene: Very well done, very clean, and cleaned in time, it is worthy of being one of the best hotels in Urumqi. Environment: Excellent location, core area, high, medium and low-end dining and shopping. Service: The best is the service!!! It was my first time staying at Conrad Urumqi. The hotel is located in the center of the city and is very convenient for travel. I was very satisfied with the room arranged by the hotel. The bedding was very comfortable and the towels were very soft. The staff was very good at service and took the initiative to introduce me to the famous local attractions. I will come back to stay next time if I have the chance.

We noted our anniversary before booking, and the hotel staff contacted us the day before check-in. The room was decorated with a surprise. This year's anniversary romance was given by Conrad. The hotel's toiletries are BYREDO, which is good. I love you❤

The hotel lobby is very small and the concierge is a bit confusing. After arriving at the hotel, they said that the room was not cleaned well, so I had to take my children out for a stroll. It was nearly an hour late before I was notified that I could check in. When I arrived at the room, I found that it was a connecting room. They said that most of the rooms in the hotel are connecting rooms, which surprised me. The room is not too big, the socket setting is not reasonable, the shower room and bathtub are in the same space, and the shower space feels a bit small. The facilities are not outstanding in a hotel at this price. When I first contacted them, they said that I could upgrade the room type, but when I checked in at the hotel, they said no. The service experience is very average. The breakfast is good. Although the restaurant is relatively small and there are not many varieties, the breakfast food is still exquisite. The hotel is above the Meimei Department Store, so it is convenient to go shopping. After all, the hotel is a high-end Hilton, and the overall situation is not particularly bad. But in general, the experience is not very good, and I should change to another one next time.

Conrad should be the best hotel in Urumqi, so I booked Conrad for the last stop of this Xinjiang tour, but I was quite disappointed. First of all, the toilet was not cleaned, so I asked the waiter to clean it again. The toiletries were not complete, there were no cotton swabs or cotton pads, and the comb was still a very cheap plastic comb. The male waiter in the executive lounge was really speechless, as if he had not been trained on the job. But there was a beautiful waitress who was not bad. The breakfast was quite rich, and there was also jar meat. The location of the hotel is not bad, on the upper floor of Meimei, surrounded by the Geological Museum, Xinjiang Art Museum, and the Autonomous Region Museum.

The room is neat and clean. The key is that there is a floor-to-ceiling mirror in the dressing room and three mirrors in the washroom, which is especially suitable for girlfriends to travel. The housekeeper Lucy is very considerate, answering all questions and giving instructions. After checking out of the evening flight, I waited comfortably in the executive lounge. Next time I come to Urumqi, I will continue to choose this place.
