兩點退房一點半就過來敲門，我説了有啥事，就跟沒聽見一樣一直敲，也不説什麼事情，敲了兩下直接刷房卡開門，我和我對象人都懵了，你要幹嘛？你有啥事敲門沒理你還是怎麼了，你未經過我同意你就開我房門，已經侵犯了我的私隱，我事後打電話投訴你們酒店拒絕任何解決方式，我這邊已經聯繫市場監管局，我們拭目以待吧。

下單後好久我都到樓下了，都沒有客服聯繫我幾樓哪間房，真有點後悔在微信轉賬付款了剩下四天的房費，，最後一天想晚一點走，客服發微信説一小時20，我發了20給客服，結果準時兩點的時候還是斷了電，不知道是我錢沒給夠還是怎麼樣，給了20元，結果最後還是在兩點二十幾離開了，比起圖片上，房間少了冰箱，熱水器是我們進去剛修好的
