Great place to stay in Urumqi. Towering high above the city skyline, you have an amazing view all the way up to the breathtaking mountain ranges surrounding Urumqi. Although have quite a bit of legacy, the rooms and facilities are still charming, clean and tidy. Service was excellent and super friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. As you can see from the pictures below the chairs were scuffed, the ceiling was falling apart, and the furniture Did not meet expectations compared with what I paid for the room. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up their rooms.

It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

Service: Upon check-in, the front desk learned that I wanted to take a bath and proactively provided a bathtub cover. The switchboard service phone number asked if I was satisfied with the accommodation. I contacted the room lady to replace the humidifier and give me a bottle of water for personal needs. During the night room change process, we will cooperate with the transportation of luggage and items. The breakfast meal time was not mentioned during the check-in process at the front desk. The room attendant brought the bathtub cover but did not further lay it out for the guests. The front desk for changing rooms only made a room card.
