We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The 1st night was the 22/4, the next day we were leaving for an expedition in the Beagle Channel. We returned on the 28th and left on the 1st. On the 30th the city had a black out. We were left without electricity or water to even brush our teeth. I had to ask for water at breakfast to brush my teeth, I waited 15 minutes until they got a glass of water. Bad breakfast. Hard bread, milk and eggs had run out, and they didn't replace it. I had to ask for a cup of milk. Very bad service. In the evening we went back to take a shower. Water and electricity had already returned to the city, but there was no hot water in my room. Conclusion: no shower. The bathroom tap made such a sound that no one could sleep, we left it open and the sound of it dripping didn't allow us to sleep. We called the guy at reception who looked and did nothing. I would never return to this hotel. Amazing 99 dollars thrown in the trash.

A very cozy place, with an excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful receptionists with any questions. The location is strategic for the excursions and/or walks that one wishes to take in the city of Ushuaia. The very affordable price for a dream city!!

A simple but very pleasant and cozy place. The mattress is a little soft and the bathroom needs a shower and some modernization. The breakfast area is very cute. In general, the cost/benefit ratio is good.

Beautiful hotel, room with everything you need, clean, comfortable and with a balcony with beautiful views. The simple but very delicious breakfast is served in a spacious room that is also used for resting or reading. The staff is super friendly and always attentive. It is very close to the center but the streets are very steep. Highly recommended

The photos that the Inn has on its website are of the new units intended for large families. The main part has serious defects due to humidity, lack of maintenance and other issues that I mention. 1- the furniture is old, uncomfortable mattress 2- not all rooms have radiators for heating. Some have underfloor heating and cannot lower the temperature because to do so they would have to turn off the boiler, with the consequent lack of hot water for showers. 3-If you are a bidet user, ask for one that does not discharge water from the wall pipe, instead of the tap. 4-don't use the mini soaps on the second day, keep measuring, because they put them together in one 5-you have to ask for the hair dryer. 6-Not all rooms, despite the photos, have windows that open wide. Some only have a slit that opens 10 cm and the rest is just a wall, that is, a prison. 7-If you are lucky and hurry to have breakfast very early, you will surely be able to enjoy fresh croissants. Otherwise, you are going to eat the ones from the day before and you will notice the difference. Accommodation that I do not recommend because it is located at a height, with elevated streets for people with mobility difficulties or out of physical condition. Imagine going with a baby stroller or a wheelchair... You will end up at the Beagle Channel without intermediate stops. Ahhh, there is no elevator, only stairs covered with metal. Honestly, there are other more central options with better service.

I made a reservation in Argentine pesos and when I go to make the payment due, they convert it to dollars. As I was a foreigner, they took the dollar exchange rate as mep, so I paid more than double what they said when I made the reservation. Be careful.

Arrival at the hotel on September 11th. West room with 03 hangers to hang clothes, hole in the closet, defective handle, clothes rack on the wall had 05 parts, 03 usable. Bathroom looks dirty. When opening the shower tap, a surprise: water came out of the bathtub tap.
