"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stay at your own risk. When we first walked into the room the door was wide open without using our key card for entry. We thought this was weird and made sure that this could be locked. Upon entering we noticed questionable marks on the covers and had to turn this the opposite way so it wasn't against our face. Every time house keeping came in they did not lock the door afterwards. We told reception about this and they said they would sort it out. The following day our room was still unlocked after housekeeping. We complained to reception again but they did not speak English and had to use Google translate to flag that management is based in Buenos Aires. We spoke to the management team and they were not able to help apart from saying they will speak to housekeeping staff again. We wanted to cancel the rest of our stay but this was not possible. If you value cleanliness and privacy do not stay here."

( They all spoke great English which helped us ) From booking trips to renting a car everything was a good experience. The hotel itself was very clean and fitting of the Ushuaia experience. Very nice location right on the Beagle canal just on the edge of the City . Highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again ."

The location next to the supermarket was super convenient, and having a microwave meant we could easily prepare some meals ourselves, which is a huge plus when traveling abroad. The staff were incredibly nice, so warm and thoughtful. The bed was really comfortable and the shower had great water pressure – we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay."

"The accommodation is simple. The room is reasonable. There's no trash can in the room (which is necessary). If you drink a bottle of water, you have to throw it in the bathroom. There's no mini-fridge. But the shower is very good. The TV is internet-based. You access it with your personal account. The breakfast is very simple, and to enter and leave the guesthouse, you have a key to the entrance door. The heating is adjusted manually. On the first day I was cold, but I spoke to them and they came to the room to adjust it. The people who work there are very attentive and caring too. I would stay there again."

"Location right on the main street, the area is quite noisy, but all the facilities and restaurants are nearby. From the window view to the embankment, the room equipment is worthy. On service and breakfast is all right. The hotel itself is quite comfortable but noise isolation is weak. In general, for me it is not a problem, I remained happy with the accommodation"
