If you are one the fence about staying here- DO IT. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, the amenities are fantastic and the staff is superb. It is located a little further out of town but we had no issues getting rides back and forth on the resort shuttle or Uber (if we didn't want to wait for the shuttle), and it is a beautiful ride down the mountain. The more remote location also means great views and some really nice hiking trails immediately adjacent to the hotel. The staff is awesome- everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming and really helpful. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The restaurant is quite good and the pool/spa are fantastic.

Atendimento é excelente. O hotel muito bem conservado, com quartos amplos e limpos. Café da manhã com opções variadas e saborosas. O restaurante do hotel para jantar também tem boas opções e os pratos são bem servidos. A propriedade conta com trilhas com uma vista 360 da cidade, além de contar com transfer gratuito para o centro. Ganhamos um upgrade cortesia no checkIn sem nem ao menos solicitar. Adoramos toda a experiência.

Estuvimos en Semana Santa. Excelente las instalaciones y la atención de todo su personal. Con Kids club , pileta in/out abierta hasta tarde. Transfer al centro de cortesía con muchas frecuencias. Elegimos paquete con excursiones y cena. Desayuno y cena variada y abundante. Las excursiones organizan todo. No te tenés que ocupar de nada y lo hacen con los mejores proveedores. Yo volví a hacer excursiones que ya había hecho pero las que organizo Arakur fueron mucho más lindas y completas que las que había hecho hace unos años. Tiene senderos autoguiados dentro del predio del hotel que los hicimos con mi hijo y un mapa y nos divertimos un montón. Dato súper positivo que me sorprendió me tomaron mis datos y la hora de salida a la caminata, me dijeron que era para hacer en una hora que si pasada la hora no volvía iban a buscarnos para ver qué no nos hubiéramos perdido. Igual era imposible perderse estaba re bien señalizado el camino. Eso es ocuparse del huésped. Súper recomendable todo .

Prezados amigos, Posso dizer que o hotel é magnifico e o staff maravilhoso , porém infelizmente quase no dia de sair ocorreu o falecimento do meu sogro , estava embarcando em uma experiência contratada no hotel, mas tive que fazer as malas e voltar de forma urgente para o Brasil. O fato ocorreu no dia 16.04.2024, depois de todo o infortúnio ocorreu que solicitei o reembolso de ao menos parte dos 442 dólares pagos em dinheiro, para ao menos cobrir as despesas imediatas de passagem aerea dada a urgência. Ressalto que a Compra de todos os meus passeios foram diretamente feitos no próprio hotel. Falecimento ocorreu de forma abrupta e inesperada O segundo trecho que eram mais uma semana em Buenos aires , recebemos imediatamente do próximo hotel inclusive uma carta muito carinhosa de condolências e pasmem até o uber que nos levou para o aeroporto que não recebe muito por uma corria , acabou nem querendo cobrar , acabei pelo carinho dele pagando 100 usd, pois nessas horas faltam pessoas para ajudar. Então tirando a estrutura do hotel que é linda e os funcionários incríveis, sugiro, pela falta de empatia, tomarem cuidado ao fecharem passeios, pois se ocorrer algo, não sabemos como ficaram os possíveis reembolsos.
