Arrivee a l’hotel : pas attendu
Le personnel ne parle pas anglais
Il n’y a plus d’eau dans l’hotel
On me fait comprendre qu’il faudrait mieux
J’insiste .....l’eau revient
La veille de mon depart, on me demande une facture 25 pour cent plus cher que la reeservation. Le receptioniste ne comprend pas l’anglais. Finalement, preuve a l’appui, je lui montre le montant prevu. Il accepte, je paye. Le lendemain matin, la proprietaire me reclame un supplement de 20 pour cent. Je lui montre le montant de la reservation et ce que j’ai paye. Elle est furieuse mais elle accepte
Les proprietaires ne sont pas presents. Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut pour faire fonctionner cet hotel qui se t4ouve tres loin de la ville.

Worst hotel ever, located in a shady neighbourhood, 40 minutes walk to city centre. Dirty rooms, facilities falling apart, and owner accuses you of vandalism. Breakfast very poor. Not recommended. A shame for Ushuaia.

A very nice little hotel. Clean and good breakfast. Quiet. Not central. Taxi will cost about $1.8 USD to downtown, around 5 min. helpful reception

Hi,
I reserved the hotel and paid online. At the property, I had to pay again. Now I am going back and forth to get a refund. Although I got a receipt, now it seems Hotel is claiming I pid nothing.

Hôtel confortable mais j'ai eu l'impression d'arriver chez ma grand-mère ... Il est un peu retiré du centre ce qui, en soi, n'était pas très dérangeant et avait l'avantage d'être relativement peu bruyant. Le personnel est très agréable et le petit-déjeuner relativement varié.

La hostería era la que ofrecía el paquete que contraté, así que no la elegí especialmente, pero la sorpresa fue positiva. La habitación para tres era confortable, el baño impecable, buena ambientación. Tampoco estábamos mucho allí, solo pasar la noche y desayunar. El desayuno era básico, estaba bien, podría mejorar sin duda. Pero ofrecían mate a cualquier hora, así que eso fue un plus que se agradece. La atención fue cordial en todo momento.

Gracias a Andrea, la dueña, que hizo su magia para que pudiéramos quedarnos medio día más ya que teníamos el último vuelo para buenos aires ceca de las once de la noche, estando todo vendido y aprovechado qe un pasajero llegaría más tarde. Por lo demás, muy buena voluntad y atención de su personal.
