The location was perfect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend.

It is very close to the station and can be reached within a short walk. The surrounding business district is very convenient.

The hotel is in a very good location! The front desk attitude is also very good. The room layout is a bit strange, but overall it is pretty good

To go to the second floor, you need to take two elevators. You go down first and go up. It's like a maze. In case of fire, everyone will die inside.

Disadvantages are; Room was full of dust (415). Got a new room (408), but was also full of dust, hard beds and hair from other guests hanging on the wall in the bathroom. The hotel is outdated and very noisy. Advantages are; perfect location, in the middle of the city, sweets and water at the check-in desk and an iron and board in the hotel room. Conclusion; i wouldn't go back here. Are better hotels for lower prices.

The price/performance ratio is not high. The hotel is too old. The breakfast is not good. The soundproofing of the room is average.

Point of improvement: (At breakfast) the "juice" are actually watery lemonade. There I hope to expect real juice next time.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to everything downtown. But the hotel is starting to become a faded glory. Just before we went to sleep we discovered vomit from a previous guest between the bed and the bedside table. We got another room, but it was at the back and very hot. At the end of our stay, there was a problem with the parking ticket of the parking garage that the hotel works with. That was not the hotel's fault, but the garage's. The parking session therefore became more expensive and the hotel promised to refund the difference. To date, we have not received that amount.

Environment was great, the room was unhygienic. Hair, blood stains, window half broken, you hear everyone walking in the hallway and according to the website the deluxe room contains a balcony, however the hotel only has 3 rooms with a balcony

The location is the best and walkable from Utrecht station through the shopping mole or outside the mole. And also many dining area.

Furniture little outdated .. in respect to the price Overall a good place to stay if you want to be near/in the city center.

Wonderful hotel close to train & shopping. Excellent customer service & very accommodating.
