The room was nice and the location of the hotel was great, just above the shopping mall. It was difficult to find a parking lot when driving in. We drove around the mall three times and it was convenient to park after we got familiar with the road.

Very convenient location, next to the station, entrance from the shopping center with all the shops. Excellent breakfast, everything was very tasty. It was a little poorly cleaned (toilet and a lot of dust), but we spent only 1 night there, so I didn’t underestimate the rating too much. View of a construction site, but that didn't matter.

I have stayed in three different hotels around Utrecht CS. This is the most satisfactory one. The guest rooms are very well staffed and there are three guest room cleaning carts in the long corridor at all times. Since I stay in the room to work a lot of time, every time I found the cleaning staff at the door and was quickly arranged. The front desk was also very user-friendly. The flight arrived at six in the morning and I arrived at the hotel at around eight o'clock. I was very tired after flying for more than ten hours.
