The location of the Hotel is very good. Walking distance from the Utrecht Central and the Jabeurs Convention sentre. The Rooms are rather small if you choose 3 person occupancy. Also, the cleaning service was rather pathetic. We requested cleaning and make-up room every day and yet for 2 days there was No service.

The room is average, up to international 3-star standards, but the service is average. They came to clean the room and didn't change the sheets and quilt covers for three nights. There was no toilet paper and they didn't change it either. I had to go to the front desk to ask for it myself. The only thing is that it is a little closer to the train station

The hotel is across the tracks from the old town. It is close to the train station, tram and bus stops. It's well soundproofed, you can't hear the trains or the nearby mosque. The air conditioning was very pleasant in the heat.

Very nice hotel, really close to beatrix theater and shops. We had a room for 3 adults but one of the beds was just a fold out bed. That was very disappointing. Otherwise great
