The stay at Hotel was not pleasant at all. When I checked in, I asked for the breakfast schedule and they said, "sorry, no breakfast or restaurant at this Hotel". This was not advised to me when I made the reservation. When I came back after dinner dinner, and ready to go to bed, I opened it and realized that the sheet HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED!. I called reception, the only person present at hotel at that moment came in, and even disagreed with me, I had to count the amount of body hair on the sheet to convince him. After that, he said ok, I will change the sheets, but it took him a while to find the correct ones for the size. And even, I ended up teaching him how to properly change a duvet cover. I do not blame him for the room service lack of knowledge, but yes for arguing with me about the cleanliness of the sheets. I chose this Hotel because I trusted NH chain, well, not anymore, at least for this location. NH should take better care of their franchises.
