Die Lage der Hotels ist prima für einen Städtetrip, man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell an allen Hotspots der Stadt. Leider ist das Hotel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und man merkt, dass dort schon viele Gäste waren. Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, das zu. Innenhof ausgerichtet war. An sich ein großes Zimmer nur leider waren die Fenster kaputt und somit undicht. Es war sehr kalt in dem Zimmer, sodass wir nach einem neuen Zimmer gefragt haben. Dies haben wir dann auch bekommen, allerdings war dort ebenfalls das Fenster kaputt und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert..

Hotel in posizione centralissima, a 2 minuti di cammino dalla Cattedrale. La struttura è vecchia ma, tutto sommato, tenute abbastanza bene. I letti sono comodi e le camere confortevoli. La nostra era un po' rumorosa di notte perché affacciava su un cortile interno dove ci sono degli impianti. Buona la pulizia.

The hotel is in a good location, and the price was reasonable. However, on arrival, i was told the lift didn't work (not a big deal), the room was half the size advertised (certainly not 25sq m, more like 10 to 12), and the bathroom smelt of drains. Only staying one night so didnt kick up a fuss, but i wouldn't return.

The stay at Hotel was not pleasant at all. When I checked in, I asked for the breakfast schedule and they said, "sorry, no breakfast or restaurant at this Hotel". This was not advised to me when I made the reservation. When I came back after dinner dinner, and ready to go to bed, I opened it and realized that the sheet HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED!. I called reception, the only person present at hotel at that moment came in, and even disagreed with me, I had to count the amount of body hair on the sheet to convince him. After that, he said ok, I will change the sheets, but it took him a while to find the correct ones for the size. And even, I ended up teaching him how to properly change a duvet cover. I do not blame him for the room service lack of knowledge, but yes for arguing with me about the cleanliness of the sheets. I chose this Hotel because I trusted NH chain, well, not anymore, at least for this location. NH should take better care of their franchises.
