Harika
Temiz, keyifli ve konforlu bir gece geçirdik. Balkon manzarası muhteşem, jakuzi sorunsuz çalışıyor. Sıcak su problemi yok. Kahvaltısı ise çok güzeldi. Bölgede çok sık elektrik kesiliyor fakat otelin jeneratörü hemen devreye girdiği için o da sorun olmuyor. Ek bilgi otele kışın gidecekler için mutlaka kış lastikleri ile gitsinler hatta yanlarında zincir bulundursunlar. Çok dik yokuşlarla ulaşıldığı için sorun yaratabilir. Biz bu güzel ağırlama için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Maske takılmıyor. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan personelin , sunan garsonun maskesi yok. Resepsiyon kapalı yerde ve yine maske yok . Oda çok gereksiz ısınıyor. İlk gece çok sıkıntı çektik. Nefes alamıyorsun. İkinci gece pencere açık uyumak zorunda kaldık. Kaldığımız gece otelde yılbaşı eğlencesi varmış , dinlenmeye gittik perişan olduk . Bununla ilgili web sitesinde hiçbir bilgilendirme yoktu, otel müdürüne ilettiğimizde bizi suçlayarak ses hassasiyetiniz varsa önceden arayıp sormalıydınız dedi. Eğlencesi bitsin diye bekledim ,yasal olarak 00:00 a kadar olan kutlama izinlerine uymayarak , geç saate kadar gurultu yaptılar. Söylesek te bitirmediler. Otel bu tur kutlamalar için uygun değil. Duvarlar çok ince . Koridorda sabaha kadar bağrışan insanlar vardı.2 yaşında bir bebekle kafa dinlemeye gittiğimiz otelde resmen eziyet gördük. Bebek 08:00 de kalktı , 10:00 a kadar aç bekledi. Bir gece önce eğlence yaptıkları için ANCA hazırlayabiliyorlarmış. Kahvaltısı çok vasat ,yağ içinde yüzen sucuklu ve çok pismiş bir yumurta verdiler .Butik otellerde olan o şahane kahvaltılardan beklemeyin. Sıcaklık ve gürültü tüm gecemizi mahvetti. Otelden erken çıkış yapmak istedik ancak mudur paramızı iade etmek istemedi. 1 gece daha kalmak zorunda kaldık. Odaların içinde spot ışıklar var. Jakuzi yada şömine var diye rezervasyon yapacaksanız bu ışıklar yüzünden tekrar düşünün. Havluları kâğıt gibi sert . Bebek yatağının süngeri yataktan büyük ve rahatsız Odamız 2. Gün temizlenmedi , biz söylemeliymişiz

Güzel bir yerde güzel bir butik otel.
Güzel bir butik otel, ama baya bir tepede bulunuyor. Araba biraz zorlanıyor fakat manzara mükemmel, Sapanca gölü manzarası tek kelimeyle harika. Kahvaltı mükemmel, herşey özel hazırlamış. Dikkat edelmesi konular, odamız 30m2 diye rezervasyon yaptık fakat hiçte 30m2 deyil, en fazla 20m2. Odardan baya konuşma sesleri geliyor, izalasyon biraz düşük.

Great one night stay
Only stayed one night but the suite was beautiful and the view amazing.
We did try to swim as the pool says it is heated but it was too cold for us..... didn't spoil out stay though and breakfast was great.

Een mooi boetiek hotel, heeft een mooi uitzicht, maar de kamers zijn wat gehorig. Er mag wat aan de geluidsisolatie gedaan worden.
