Not sure if some units are lived in. Missing lightbulbs. Screens broken. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Pillows were not made for beds. Some insects on the bed. Clumps of dirt and grass on the floor. The walkway on the second florr was spongy, rotton plywood. It was quiet though.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious. And it is located in a safe area. Lots of really convenient shopping and food options.

Well, the time I spent there was little, I only slept but hey it was cheap it was clean but it had a strong smell of humidity
