Everything was great except there was no hot tub or spa, plus the pool was uncovered and in the parking area out back. It felt very uncomfortable and unsafe to go out there. It should be a completely enclosed indoor type of setup, for better safety and security, not just a fencing wall structure. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic!

We were on the way traveling to Reno, Nevada from San Mateo and stay at Fairfield’s Vacaville for one night to take rest so that the whole car ride would be too long and exhausted. We checked in at around 8pm and reception staff was efficient and helpful. The room was very clean and up-to-dated renovated. We did not swim at the heated indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was at normal standard, coffee was good. I would stay there again!

Gotcha! In an age where customer service and hospitality seems to be in rather short supply, nothing could be further from the truth when it comes to the front desk staff at the HIE&S in Vacaville. From the moment we walked in until we checked out, Gina, Caleb, & Wynette (sorry if I butchered the spelling) were outstandingly friendly, engaging, and accommodating. These folks could be contracted out to teach/coach at other hospitality businesses and they're a credit to the hotel and the brand. The room, breakfast, etc. were pretty much what you would expect from the chain but they do have a very nice patio area, just outside the indoor pool area, with fire tables to enjoy the evening happy hour refreshments and snacks. The place wasn't too busy when we were there, or people took their drinks and snacks to their rooms, so we felt like we had our own private space to enjoy the late afternoon/early evening. We had no particular plans to get anywhere (nowhere to go and all day to get there) and added an extra night to our stay in large part due to the friendliness of the staff. Have I said they were awesome?

I was a little disappointed in the state of this hotel. The first room they gave us had dirt in the sink and was plugged up. They moved us to a new room, but the sofa bed was broken in the new room. My son ended up just taking the mattress off and sleeping on the floor. The girls at the front desk were really nice however, very friendly and helpful. They helped us in anyway they could. We were very grateful for them. However, we will NOT be staying at this particular Comfort Suites again.

Stayed 3 weeks for business. Everything was top notch! Room was clean, quiet and the staff was awesome. Within walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Mini fridge and microwave were useful. I felt safe during my entire stay. Will visit again whenever in the area!

Paid $92.30 for a one double bed room that offered few amenities (no refrigerator, microwave, tissues, breakfast, shampoo, etc.) but that is Motel 6 for you. This one had been remodeled in the modern style that most of them have now although the remodeling must have been done a while back. I love the plank flooring--no more filthy carpet--and they allow dogs--the only reason I stayed here. Room was exceptionally clean except for a few stray hairs in the bathroom. There was a new toilet that had not been set properly and rocked when you sat upon it. Bed was soft. Towels were thin. Staff was friendly. One night here for a dog show was OK but I wouldn't want to spend my vacation here.

Convenient transportation, fair prices, clean and comfortable, complete facilities, convenient parking, enthusiastic front desk, and smooth breakfast. On the whole, it is a very good mid-range hotel with a pleasant personal stay. It is close to the highway and slightly noisy, which may be one of the common features of this series of mid-range hotels.

The food is limited because of the virus staff at the office is easy to communicate with very friendly the need to put more vending machines
