Kabir Hotel & Spa

the hotel staff is very non courteous,the moment we stepped in they started saying outside food in not allowed n this is not allowed n that is not allowed...we had guest for an hour who came to meet us but they created a scene for that too saying guests r not allowed..i think they should mention on their website a list of things that is not allowed..last but not the least i forgot some of my clothes in the bathroom and checked out..i called them saying i have forgot my belongings..they bluntly started saying that nothing is there..so i suggest not to visit this resort again..there r trust issues and sevice issues also

Had heard great things about Kabir Hotel and it certainly did not disappoint! Rooms were comfortable and spacious and hotel staff could not do enough to help! I definitely recommend eating at the both restaurants (Signature & Gazebo) as the food is incredible and there are ***y dishes to choose from! Would definitely visit again!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent attempt to book a room at Kabir. My family and I have been visiting your property since 2017, and have always had a positive experience, thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by the previous staff, especially Miss. Farhin. Unfortunately, during my recent attempt to book a room, I encountered a member of your team (Mr. Amit) who was extremely rude and unprofessional. The individual (Mr. Amit) on the phone was dismissive of my questions and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my booking. Furthermore, he behaved in a ***ner that was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I was left feeling frustrated and confused, with no idea about my booking. As a long-term customer of your place, I am extremely disappointed that I was treated in such a ***ner. It is clear to me that the level of service provided by your team has deteriorated, and as a result, my family and I are now considering other properties where we can receive the proper level of service and respect we expect as customers. I am hoping that you can address this issue and take steps to ensure that this type of behavior does not occur again in the future. I am also hoping that you can provide me with an explanation for the decline in service at your property, and what measures you are taking to address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope that you can take the necessary steps to restore the level of service that has made us loyal customers of your property for so long. Great hospitality,very good hotel,Food quality and taste is constantly maintained. Best hygiene standards.Varities of amenities.very corteuos staff. Ambience is also very eminent.pleasure to stay here.We will surely come back and stay here.Thank you.keep it up

Beautiful location especially cottages facing lawns and pool. Nice taste of food, extended hospitality both by concierge and restaurant staff. Restaurants timing longer than usual. Definitely feels peaceful 😊. Property lush green.

Superb hospitality! Best for family holiday time. Best to stay while visiting statue of unity. It was awesome . Stayed while visit to statue of unity , quite far from it but I must say its so much great experience to stay here

Well I am writing this review from the hotel itself.. with service nothing great...it's actually not a hotel it's a wedding place... And that too not up to mark... I am currently having 5 cottage rooms 1-check in was late 2- below average food with almost no choices 3-bugs and mosquitoes (they will blame on monsoon) 4-dirty pool 5-limited toiletries no tissue roll in bathroom, no dental kit, no shaving kit, no slip-ons 6-food (dinner/lunch) has capping of rs 500 as I am told by the restaurant ***ager even if you book your stay with complimentary dinner .. 😂 7-torn towels I have to ask for extra (which they have provide) 8-rooms don't have hand sanitizer In short I am still staying at this place found really absurd that how come it has such a high rating on trip advisor either I am expecting more from 2 star hotel...or you are smart enough
