"1. The Air conditions suddenly stopped working at midnight and the staff kept on delaying it by asking 10 more mins again and again 2. Dirtiest hand towels ever used in a hotel room. 3. The mechanics had to come to room three times but they did not change the room even when asked to change because it was midnight. 4. No cleanliness at all according to royal orchids standard. 5. Telecom was not working. 6. Got toiletries when asked for….were not ready in the room."

We had breakfast once during our visit, and the spread was delicious with plenty of variety. In the dining area, Rekha Singh was especially attentive and helpful.
