Good Service by Chef Santu. Good Stay in the Hotel. Very nice Rooms. Good Location Good Service by Gaurav in the Zest restuarant. Pool Side is good to do swimming ♂️ Over all a good experience in Hyatt Place Vadodara See you next time for sure

Visited hyatt palace with my family and Gaurav and Sulab has been exceptionally well in attending us and made our experience worthwhile. Thank you both and will totally recommend for others to visit and have the amazing experience with their loved ones

Issues 1. I got a call in evening yesterday to ask if I have ordered dal makhani , I was out from hotel entire day and had not placed any order , the reception was confused - 1st experience terrible 2. I was made to wake up at 4.26 am asking if HD placed wake up call - horrible experience 3. While checking out billing couldn't find out gst Overall worst experience- will never come to Hyatt palace , Baroda Horrible staff and fee more issues

FROM CHECK-IN TO CHECK-OUT THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF WAS ON POINT VERY SMOOTH AND PLEASANT PROCESS GIVING PROPERTY INFORMATION PRECISELY AS IT SHOULD BE... DRISTI (SORRY FOR SPELLING) FRONT OFFICE WHO CHECKED ME IN 7th FEBRUARY 2024 PROVIDED THE WELCOME THAT SETS THE STANDARD OF SERVICE. Over all good but the room bathroom had a bad smell. It was solved but when a guest walks in they cannot experience something like that. Maintanence needs to done and checked. Food is very good
