Excellent food and service with courtesy. The room, maybe done better and some minor efforts will increase the beauty. News paper to the rooms are missing which can be done. Also, the channels selection can be national and English channels are less.

I liked this hotel. The hotel is at good location. Most of the hospitals are near by the hotel. The rooms are very big and the mattress on bed is very comfortable to sleep. The staff of restaurant and reception are are cheerful. I will definately. Good quality is awesome.

We came for a vacation to Vadodara. We stayed in this hotel for the first time. We were welcomed with a welcome drink. It was very amazing. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. All the staff was very helpful and very attentive. All the best.

It is a nice hotel to stay. The rooms are big. The restaurant menu is little costly but this hotel allows to order food from outside through Swighy and Zomato. The room bedsheets ate very white. All the rooms are also very clean. The staff is helpful.

Overall stay was good. No issues at all. All the appliances are working with no issues as such. Staffs behaviour are good irrespective of any queries. Room was neat and clean and tidy. Room service is good too.In room food service is on time and food was the best .we really enjoyed the stay. Worth staying

I would like to rate this hotel as the worst hotel ever. I checked in at 10. 30 pm after a long 400 kms drive and at around 12. 30 am the ac stopped working. I woke up completely drenched in sweat at 1. 30 am. I called up the reception and a guy came and he started the ac but again after 15 mins the ac stopped working. This guy came back and gave me another room at around 2. 30 am, which apparently was already used and guests had checked out and the room was very dirty. The bed was dirty, floor was dirty and the room was not in an acceptable condition. It was a nigh**are for me, so at around 3. 00 am i decided to check out and at 3. 30 am after getting ready i checked out from this god forbidden hotel. Booking at this hotel was the biggest blunder of my life !

This is third stay at best western, last two was good, this one was bad experience. Room ac was not working then they shift me in other room. Very small room, shower was broken, no tea pot, fridge was not working and i order thrice food in room but all time my order was not available. Reception people was helpful but look helpless.
