Rafiq is amazing in banquet meeting. The breakfast buffet food was great and tasty. Neelima and jaynath in mynt restaurant always welcoming and given warm outstanding sevice. The check in and welcome drinks was served. Had dinner in kai Asia one night. The thai and Japanese food our friends like too much. Well recommended place

Really great hotel and excellent service. Especially Rafiq in meeting hall. Was absolutely great and made our stay very special In both the restaurant had friendly and helpful staff. Specialy in restaurant. Jaynath. Vikas and Anil. Really great experience. Nice stay.

The food was yummy and service was upto the mark as always awesome. Friendly behaviour towards kids and such a niece place to visit. Peaceful a**osphere and soothing, pleasant place. Mr. Sunil Vinay Vikas Pinky had nice time for us. Will visti soon.

Great and memorable stay at vivanta. The room and bed was comfortable and clean. Room service and amenity was excellent. Neelima , Jaynath and Rafiq in restaurant always given prompt service. Had dinner in Kai Asia the Thai food was outstanding. Vikas served and suggested sushi . Thanks to chef Tiwari in live sushi . Overall great experience.

The staff was friendly, warm & professional. The front desk ensured that I felt comfortable as soon as I entered & until I left. The restaurant served me amazing food, Sunil & other staff attended & provided me with more than what was needed. Wonderful experience & stay.

This is our third vacation to India between 2023-2024 and all three times we chose Vivanta Baroda for our stays. The hotel ***agement, staff, and personnel are always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The following members at the hotel’s restaurant have been very helpful and have made our stay pleasant each time we have stayed here and interacted with them: Vinay, Sunel, Jaynath, and Neelima. The housekeeping staff is very hardworking and they help ensure the rooms, bathrooms, and hotel is neat and clean. A special shoutout to our housekeeper, Hitesh, who made sure our room was always clean. What warmed my heart is he even put fresh flowers in front of my makeshift prayer table (***dir) in our hotel room. This was a very kind act and it meant a lot to me. This trip, we brought our 5 year old son. This is his first time in India, and he loved it. A lot of his positive perception was shaped by the fact that we stayed at Vivanta Hotel, which maintains quality customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Thank you to everyone who works here! We will definitely choose Vivanta as our first choice whenever we come to India and stay in Baroda. Hope to see the same familiar faces. Thank you!

One of the memorable experience in Kai Asia Thai restaurant, the sushi and wanton is ous favouret, the ambiance and a**osphere was excellent, friendly staff and helpful, suggested Japanese food। Jaynath, Rafiq and Pardeep। Well recovered for Thai and Japanese food। We really enjoyed our dinner experience, Thanks to all।

Today we visited at Taj after long time. It has been for five months when we came here. Hotel is amazing and staffs are really good and courteous. Anil Rafiq and Jayanth people are gem 💎. Who are always to make a memorable experience for their clients.

Had a wonderful meal and span a quality time at Taj. Hotel is amazing in terms of food service and ambience Rafiq and Anil made our dinner memorable with service and it was wondering. We visited ***y times here. Even we were held a party few months back in tropicana and had same experience like today.
