Excellent service. Decent rooms with clean linen. Staff was courteous and house keeping was great. Food needs a bit of improvent Manager Mr Pandey is leading the team from front and ensures that the guest are taken care of well and their expectations are met. Keep up the good work

Terrible hotel. No water , No service , No card machine working . Absolutely no support or facilities provided by the pride group . Pls don't mistake this for pride property . It is far from city and illequipped. The pride group must delist this property

Awesome quality with very good behaviour staff and personal hygiene and growing is very good Team. Food Quality and garnish is very good looking very awesome I always like this place for my lunch and dinner Staff always helpful and supported

The stay was decent. However, the service from staff was not upto the mark. Major disappointment came as they don't have any arrangement to serve customers during 10 pm to 7 am. 1. Hot water for shower not available, 2. The restaurant is close from 10 pm to 8 am. So, early break fast is not possible. 3. They have hired a guy for transport. Despite twice confirmed a day before, the guy didn't come to serve which hampered my departure and affected my schedule adversely. It felt terrible.

Hotel location is good but When I went to the reception, I met Mr. Avinash Pandey. When I discussed about the room rate, he said to me, that pls try to Oyo what's behavior I think he have drunk un duty at that time. And I don't like behavior. Sorryy

The location of the hotel was good and silent palace I like it but When I went to the reception than I meet Mr. Avinash Pandey who drank on duty or behaved like it was absolutely bad or when he counted the rate than he said try OYO, I will never come. 😡😡😡
