One of the best experiences so far.Huge credits goes to one of the staff members Rimpy Ray who made sure that there should not be any discomfort during our stay and provided us with the best Service facility. Overall great hospitality and I'll must recommend.

Cleanliness is excellent, house keeping services are exceptional especially Ray & Seema who was very humble, polite and smiling. Bed linen is very comfortable and of good quality. Room service, reception is also efficient. Overall it was a good experience.

In the Heart of city . excellent location..clean and tidy rooms to give the rich comfort. Awesome ambience... Great choice of cuisine. The front office staff were always on their urge to assist... Specially miss Rimpi . Would recommend for all who are travelling to Vadodara.

The building is really old and has problems. The rooms felt stuffy and damp, too much heavy furniture and no air circulation due to sealed windows (our family group had rooms on all 3 floors). There were heavy rains during our stay, and the ceiling was leaking in several common areas. Our rooms did not leak. The staff is really great, helpful, and courteous. Mahak and Kamal were awesome in cleaning our rooms and answering questions, the lady at the concierge desk was very helpful.
