Great location ,nice apartments, superb climate! Staff are really nice and polite especially Mr.John and the person at reception. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding especially bbq!!Highly recommended for family and group!

Cosy cottages with wide landscape view surrounded with all greenery , Very courteous stakeholder ***agement by the Accountable ***ager. Certainly recommend all to visit this place for complete detoxification .

Good property but poorly maintained place. The location was nice. Rooms were not available after the check-in time also...even after 4-5 hours waiting...!!! Pathetic room service.. Rooms have musty odour, mouldy walls, terrible mattresses and sheets, non functional TV, Water heater and basic things. If you want to spend your holidays with your family or friends, please don't go there... expensive stay!!!

I stayed at Orion County with my family on 25 sep - 26 sep. It was a single bedroom separate cottage located at the cliff side. The location, weather and ambience of the property was 5/5 stars but the property was not maintained properly. The bathrooms were not clean, the bedsheets and pillow covers in the bedroom were not looking clean. The living room balcony had a very nice view of the lake and since this was located on the cliff side, the view was simply breathtaking. The food served at the reception was not good. The cable TV wasn't working as it said the smart card had some errors. There are other brand new cottages at Orion County and I think I should have seen the cottage first before taking it. Hope Orion County ***agement can Take more care in maintaining the properties.

Rooms are good and clean. The location of this property is good, but their service has made our stay miserable. We had a pathetic experience. Stayed for 1 night with one more family in a cottage with 2 rooms. No water from morning till lunch, frequent power failures even in mid night, no room service, too much delay in getting the ordered food (We placed order in evening and got it by 8:00 in the night !). Avoid this property if you go with family. They don't plan well, there was shortage of certain items (like puri) in the complementary breakfast they provided, which they didn't fill up. It's not at all worth for Rs. 4.5 K x 2 for this stay :(
