"A group of us friends dropped in for lunch during our stay in Vagamon. Pretty cozy restaurant. Ordered chatti choru, Paratha and some Chinese. The naadan food was good. But the Chinese dishes were a disappointment. We told them and they said it is because they don't use artificial colours and MSG. But those both are the essence of Chinese cooking and if used moderately it is fine. Service was very good and all in all value for money."

"Booked premium jacuzzi room, the room was good, neat and clean. Space was good for a family of 4. Morning breakfast has limited options only, for lunch and dinner you need to book well in advance which is a drawback. No option for deserts except ice cream. Food quality is average. No camp fire and music. Pool was without any attendant. Indoor play area was not maintained like almost closed. So just good room and nothing much overall."

"Really nice stay here at Zostel Vagamon. Location is really pretty, and wasn’t hard to reach by bus. There are waterfalls and other things to explore nearby on foot. Vinu the manager is great at organising other activities for you in the area like paragliding, treks etc. It’s a hostel, so obviously you expect noise and so on, it might be busy on weekends too. It’s a social atmosphere with a nice big common area, I arrived as a solo traveller and easily met people to spend a lovely few days with. And the home cooked food is lovely too! "

The reception staff were extremely cordial, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. The spacious parking facility was very convenient. Complimentary breakfast, evening snacks and chai were a lovely addition. The infinity swimming pool on the terrace was amazing, and the gym facility on the 2nd floor along with free Wi-Fi made the experience even better. The daily 8 o’clock campfire with DJ music added great fun and made the evenings truly memorable. Overall, it was a truly great and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed at flacon crest resort located in vagamon tea estate it’s a scenic spot. stayed on sunshine villa two bedroom with comfortable spacious and very clean room value for the money and mainly the hospitality Ajeesh took care of all from stay to itenary. Choudhary a person helped from taking bags to extra beds and water at night. Lunch, dinner and breakfast all so good. For cab drivers they provide staff rooms and food so nice of it. They made our holiday stay worth of all."

"Vagamon in itself is quite an offbeat tourist destination in Kerala and visited very less often but it has a lot to offer. Zostel Vagamon is a perfect stay option for solo travellers or even group of friends. They have dorms as well as private rooms. They have this giant hammock which makes this property unique plus there is hidden natural infinity pool and waterfalls just 20 mins trek from the property. The property provides surreal views of surrounding tea plantations and mountains. They have common areas equipped with table tennis, foosball and many other games. The food here was also quite good and reasonably priced. So do save this reel for your next getaway."
