La posizione dell'hotel è molto bella, immersa nel verde è perfetta per le famiglie e gli amanti della natura. È un po' distante dai centri abitati per questo è necessaria una macchina. Il parcheggio è ampio e gratuito. L'accoglienza dell'hotel è ottima, colorata e calda. La stanza era pulita e fresca. L'unica nota dolente è il bagno un po' vecchiotto, per il resto ottimo soggiorno.

Une sensation étrange : un bâtiment extérieur en état moyen, Bar, entrée de l’hôtel et desk rénové très agréable, Des couloirs d’étage rénové, mais des chambres dans leur jus années 80, avec des téléphones qui ne fonctionnent pas, une salle de bain vétuste avec de l’eau chaude absente à partir de 18 heures, et une politique d’hôtel très particulière qui vous fait payer 8 euros pour monter un plateau repas en chambre !
Heureusement que le personnel à l’accueil ainsi qu’au bar est très agréable pour remonter l’ambiance générale qui est plus que déplorable pour un hôtel Mercure. Il y a urgence à faire le nécessaire si vous voulez garder vos clients.

So firstly the good stuff, good carpark, nice reception area, quiet room, fresh water on each floor. Now where to start. This hotel is not 4 star. The items listed on the website are not in the rooms. There are No fridges, No coffee makers, No slippers, No safe and only one single chair in the rooms. There are also No drawers to put stuff in either and the TV does Not work. The staff are not very helpful either and if you complain you are ignored or told it is your fault. We were told we had not booked a four star room... I actually had to leave the hotel two days early due to not having certain amenities which meant I could not store my vital medicines properly once the hot weather came. It was hard. The pool was closed (no warning) and we were not advised we had access to the sister hotel one. The meals were ordered incorrectly and we gave up complaining (eg one of our sons ordered fries and was given mashed potato and the child dessert was charged as extra instead of included). We queried this and it was sorted but it was another thing. I have stayed in so many Mercures and Accor branded hotels over the years and this was the most disappointing. It is a shame as with a few tweaks and some staff training it is not difficult to sort these issues - one simple way would be to update the website and the amenities shown and also list as a 3 not 4 star hotel which is an accurate representation.

L'hotel è situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi, confortevoli e pulite, e di recente rinnovo. Lo staff è molto gentile. Il parcheggio è spazioso e molto comodo.

Pas de serviettes dans ma chambre quand je suis arrivé.
Pas de personnel au bar pendant le happy hour. J'ai du demander deux fois à la réception d'aller les chercher (ça a pris 20 minutes).
Les œufs brouillés étaient froids au petit déjeuner.

Hotel dall’esterno bello invece le camere sono da nemmeno tre stelle, non è presente nemmeno la doccia! Colazione normale con poca scelta di prodotti. Per quanto costa assolutamente non consigliato. L’unica cosa positiva il parcheggio gratuito.
