Excellent hotel, amazing service, delicious food and the best pool ever. Amazing views of the mountains from almost every room and facility, and spa facilities that are so unique. I was expecting this hotel to be good, but it simply amazed me.

I have rarely stayed in a hotel where I felt so comfortable. Everyone was super friendly, attentive and accommodating, the varied spa area was perfect for relaxation (or sport, if you want), the food was absolutely fantastic from morning to evening (great menus or you could swap à la carte), varied with the best quality and a huge selection, especially the homemade products. It was also very nice that you were assigned your own fixed table in the restaurant for the entire stay (never stressed about finding a place to sit). The hotel thought of so many little things (e.g. loaned hiking backpack, drinks in the spa area, photos of the activities to download, shuttle,...) that it really left nothing to be desired. The tour of the goat cheese dairy with tasting was also great. A beautiful hotel with a family a**osphere where you just feel at home and can feast with 3/4 board. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this place is stunning. Design. Service. Food. Spa and the staff are special. Rooms are perfect in every way. The best part is meeting the gasser family. Marcus was so courteous and welcoming. Would certainly recommend a bucket list stay here!!

We stayed there for the second time and it was a confirmation, in fact, after the first stay we were convinced it was impossible to improve further, but instead we realized that in this case there is no limit to initiative and good taste!
