"Extremely friendly staff everywhere. Location is a bit remote, but the hotel offers full board and it is of excellent quality with a nice variety and choices. Given the hotel's price point, it attracts a well off audience. Unfortunately some of the guests do not know how to behave in a luxury hotel, which can be disturbing. e.g. a cocktail glass left poolside, unproper attire in restaurants. The hotel also has an extensive wellness offering, which we did not use so unable to comment. The sports facilities are very good. The hotel also offers group hikes. Overall a top hotel"

"Very satisfactory stay at this property. Spacious apartment, with kitchenettes separate from the other rooms, very large bathroom, all very recent. Very spacious balcony with the possibility of resting in the fresh air on the deckchairs provided. Very nice park for children, excellent experiences with animals. Convenient laundry service in the basement. Very kind and very young reception staff. Definitely large spa, with Turkish bath, sauna and hot tub. The only flaw at the entrance to the spa area is a sign with rules, which are not respected by the majority of visitors (Italians). Compliments to the owners/managers of the property."

"For six days my husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel and spa while hiking in the area of Valdaora. What a treasure it was to relax here after a day of hiking and walking. The pool and sauna areas were a very relaxing place to unwind. From the moment we entered this hotel, we were taken with the hospitality of the staff. A welcome drink as we arrived was a pleasant surprise. Our room was beautifully appointed and the food was amazing and delicious. Every night the menu was different and the desserts were to die for. One of our servers, Zuzana, was a delight and excellent at her job. We looked forward to seeing her at our breakfast and dinner seatings. This hotel had so many lovely touches. One night an appetizer and drink night before dinner, guided hikes and yoga classes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it very highly."

"The hotel is located in the very center of Mitterolang village, just a few minutes from the Olang 1 ski lift. Ski Bus station is in the front of the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, especially rooms at the southern part, which has recently been renovated. The staff is more than friendly, as it is a family hotel. The food is excellent, both breakfast and five-course dinner. Also veri nice wellness with sauna and pool. Fair value. We will definitely be back."
