"Very satisfactory stay at this property. Spacious apartment, with kitchenettes separate from the other rooms, very large bathroom, all very recent. Very spacious balcony with the possibility of resting in the fresh air on the deckchairs provided. Very nice park for children, excellent experiences with animals. Convenient laundry service in the basement. Very kind and very young reception staff. Definitely large spa, with Turkish bath, sauna and hot tub. The only flaw at the entrance to the spa area is a sign with rules, which are not respected by the majority of visitors (Italians). Compliments to the owners/managers of the property."

"Alpinhotel Keil in Valdaora is in an excellent location for trips to the Dolomites. The hotel is very nice, clean, parking in the garage under the hotel, charging for electric cars at the parking space, heated pool and relaxation area on the roof of the hotel, sauna and gym in the hotel, rooms are nicely furnished and spacious, bathroom very nice, we lived on the third floor so the water pressure was lower when showering, breakfast buffet absolutely luxurious, large selection and very high quality, dinner served 4 course menu superbly cooked from quality products. We really liked the town of Valdaora, clean, beautifully maintained, safe. We really liked our stay at the Alpinhotel Keil and we are satisfied with the hotel's services. We would love to come again and recommend a stay at this hotel for families, couples and individuals."

"Wonderful places, unfortunately mediocre structure with 5 star prices and 2 star services. Decent cuisine, almost sufficient; the buffet was poor, as well as repetitive: at 7.40pm the grilled vegetables were already finished (with the maximum time for dinner being 8.30pm), and when I asked for more, they replied that they were no longer available despite the 115 € per day. But the most serious thing is profiting from tap water: a carafe €2.5, scandalous! Lastly, but perhaps even more serious, is having found, upon returning to the hotel in the afternoon, the door to the room completely wide open (a very serious fact). There is no hospitality or customer care, terrible service."

"Definitely the best place in Valdaora and the surrounding area. It has everything one would expect in a 5 star hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were fantastic and the service was always professional and polite. The spa is one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. There is a small exercise room with sufficient equipment for a full body workout (a bench would be a nice addition). The parking garage is limited to 1.90 meters, and there is a nice open air parking lot across the street."
